Abstract
The hydroelectric power plant on low head at rivers and sea waves shall be used for lifting and mechanical treatment of the water and production of electric energy. It includes first siphons (1) withfront taps (3), in which inlet linear flaps (7) are placed. On the rear taps (4) rectangular grids (9) are placed and below them, one above the other the first vacuum siphon (13), the middle vacuum siphon (15) and above it - the upper vacuum siphons (17) are situated. On the second siphons (2), front taps (5) are placed, with large return valves (10), with weight (11) and under their tops a lower vacuum siphon [21], rear suction siphon (23) and peak vacuum siphons (25) are situated. Between all rear taps (4) and front taps (5), there are lifting presses (36), in which a central vertical rod (37) runs with fastened to it lower membrane (38), middle membrane (39) and the upper membrane ( 40). The lower membrane (38) is connected at the bottom by means of right connection (49) to the bottompart of the front tap (5) and at the top by means of inclined connection (50) and it is connected to the vertical rod (37) over the big return valve (10). The middle (39), by means of rear connections (47), is connected to the outlet tap (6), and over the lifting press (36) by means of long connection (48) is connected to the top of the second siphon (2). The upper membrane (40) under the liftingpress (36) with left connection (46) is connected to a rear tap (4). A pressure pipe (44) raises the water in an upper tank (45), in which the top of an upper tap (52) of an energy siphon (53) is immersed. In the energy siphon (53), on a horizontal axis, water turbine [54] with electric generator (55) are mounted before the top of the gradually widening lower tap (56).
