Abstract

The product is designed for food of patients in need of diets, specific for given diseases and conditions, poor in fats, including in diets for losing weight. It can also be used by children and adults of lactose deficiency, combined with congenital or acquired protease deficiency. It comprises a freeze dry mixture of skimmed cows' milk, low lactose-containing milk hydrolysate having over 95% decomposed milk casein, low lactose-containing skimmed milk, fermented with selected strains of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, glucose, fructose, aspartame, pectine and freeze dry monoculture of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, containing at least 10 mln/g live and latent cells, and crystalline fructose. 1 claim
