Abstract
The method and the process line are used in metallurgy and are basically used for enriching gold-containing copper-pyrites ores. High degree of disintegration of the material is produced by which maximum extraction is made of the useful components in the selective concentrates. The method includes a three-stage mode of crushing in a closed cycle in the last stage. The residual fraction of the crushed product, after the rough crushing is fed in succession for medium and fine crushing, the final fractions produced enter for 1st degree grinding, The ground product is subjected to control inertia classification. The final fraction produced after the rough crushing, separated by simultaneous washing and screening is subjected to direct pre-classification and its overflow goes to 2nd class grinding The overflow from the control inertia classification and the ground product from grinding 2nd degree is fed to inertia classification. Any sands from it containing precious metals in elementary form are sent to gravitational enrichment, and the overflow - to selective flotation. The gravitational enrichment is performed in three stages, spiral separation being made in the first stage, and centrifugal separation in the second and the third stages.
