Abstract

Биарилкетокарбоксилните киселини, по-специално заместените биарил-4-кетокарбоксилни киселини са инхибитори на ензими от класа матрикс-металопротеинази. Чрез инхибирането на посочените ензими може да се осъществи контрол върху остеоартрити, ревматоидни артрити и метастази. По метода като помощна база при разделянето на рацемата се използва S-фенилетиламин.
