Abstract
Устройството за комутиране на електрическа мощност съдържа поне едно комутиращо съоръжение (5), съдържащо най-малко един комутиращ елемент (10а), включващ електроден разрядник (24). Последният е обратим между състоянието на изолация и електрически проводимото състояние. Освен това комутиращият елемент съдържа средство (25) за предизвикване или поне за инициализиране електродната междина или поне на част от нея да добие електрическа проводимост. Средството (25) е пригодено за подаване на енергиякъм електродната междина във формата на лъчиста енергия за довеждане на междината или на част от нея във форма на плазма чрез лъчистата енергия.
