Abstract

Malaxeur comprenant une cuve dans laquelle on mélange une matière, au moins une palette de mélange prévue dans cette cuve pour mélanger la matière qui y est alimentée, au moins un système d'étanchéité pour assurer l'étanchéité de l'arbre de cette palette de mélange s'étendant hors de la cuve, et un dispositif d'entrainement de palette permettant de commander l'arbre de cette palette de mélange, caractérisé en ce que le système d'étanchéité susdit est pourvu, latéralement à la cuve, d'au moins une ouverture de purge d'air par laquelle de l'air est amené à circuler vers l'intérieur de la cuve pour former le système d'étanchéité en tant que structure d'étanchéification par air.
