  Het toestel bestaat uit een gebogen kunstharsstrook 1 fig. 1 waarvan de uiteinden aan de binnenkant zijn voorzien van een vervangbare kleefstrip 2 fig. 1. Om de zak te openen, houdt men de zak tussen de twee uiteinden van het toestel, druk even de uiteinden van het toestel tegen elkaar en lost het drukken ; de zak gaat vanzelf open en blijft open. 



  De beschrijving hierboven is bedoeld als voorbeeld. 



  Het toestel kan in verschillende vormen, afmetingen en materialen gemaakt worden. 



  Het is duidelijk dat bij de octrooiaanvraag gedacht werd om het idee te beschermen. Dit eenvoudig te maken toestelletje kan veel mensen de spanning besparen bij het openen van nieuwe plastiekzakken.
