Abstract

Procédé destiné à l'enlevage de films de cuivre sur des plaquettes ou cartes de circuits imprimés par utilisation d'une solution de sulfate de cuivre ammoniacale, suivant lequel la solution caustique contient en plus une substance renfermant du brome en tant que catalyseur permettant d'augmenter la vitesse d'attaque ou d'enlevage, en particulier du NH4Br ou du CH3CHBrCOBr. Une telle solution caustique permet la séparation électrolytique du cuivre ductile suivant une couche cohérente, aisément détachable d'électrodes en acier spécial.
