Abstract

The harvester-thresher has flails and straw extractors. There are also ejector rollers, the widths of which are approximately the same as the cut length. The thresher is fed by a pair of vertical rollers which can move slowly w.r.t. each other. The draw extractors can have a helical form. - The flails, extractors and discharge rollers can be enclosed by one or more grills which are movably mounted, separator rollers can be placed above the flail-extractor- roller group. The feed rollers can have a circumferential speed slightly greater than the machine advance speed.

   La machine est réduite à un accessoire qui s'attache sur le relevage avant d'un tracteur agricole, qui la pousse et l'actionne. Le grain récolté est transmis dans un reser- voir porte ou tire par le même tracteur. 



   Les moissonneuses-batteuses actuelles sont   automotrices   lourdes, volumineuses, compliquées et de ce   tait   difficilement amortissables.   Mies   ont une alimentation et un rendement très irreguliers dans les récoltas versées. Les trémies à   gtain   sont petites : deux à quatre tonnes. 



   Notre machine au contraire, est un ensemble léger, court, simple adaptable sur   quelques   minutes à l'avant d'un tracteur agricole qui porte ou tire une trewie de grande capacité 4 - 14 tonnes de contenance. 



   Ces   éléments   attelés forment   un(   automoteur de récoltes à grand rendement et peu   coûteux.   Il permet en plus de re- cuperer le tracteur pour d'autres récoltes et travaux. 



   Nous disposons à l'avant d'une coupe classique soit un rabatteur, des diviseurs et une lame à   mouvements   alternatifs ou d'un nouveau procède décrit en page A et B.      L'ejecteur   (7) est muni de spires opposees (17) et de dents rétractables (18), l'ensemble endaine la paille au sol. 



  Pour des largeurs de coupe supérieures à quatre mètres, ce sys- tème permet l'éjection de la paille éventuellement en deux endains de chaque côte du tracteur porteur. Le grain impur récupéré dans les vis (9) est acheminé vers le séparateur (10) le grain pur est récupère par la vis (II) et récolté dans le réservoir accompagnateur. Les otons sont éjectes du séparateur (10) et tombent sur le dessus du tire-paille (6) qui les lancent sur le batteur (3) pour un nouveau battage. D'autres réalisations peuvent être apportées par   l'homme   de l'art à la machine qui vient d'être décrite   uniquement   à titre d'exemple non limitatif, sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
