The main body of the grain collecting device 45 is in an inverted boot shape, a small square body part 456 is additionally arranged, a front plate 451 with an inclined surface, a straight back plate 452, a straight bottom plate 453 and two inverted boot-type straight side plates 454 are arranged to mutually surround to form the grain collecting device 45, the small square body part 456 is provided with an outlet, grains slide down along the front plate 451 of the inclined surface in work and are finally concentrated on the straight bottom plate 453, the outlet of the small square body part 456 is provided with a valve 455, the valve 455 is hinged with the outlet of the small square body part 456, and the valve 455 can be opened and closed to obtain corn grains in the grain collecting device 45.
The intermediate conveying device 5 is mainly arranged for harvesting fresh corn, fresh corn ears directly enter the intermediate conveying device 5 without being peeled after passing through the conveying device 3, and are collected to the ear collecting device 6 after passing through the intermediate conveying device 5.
The intermediate conveying device 5 comprises a square hole protective net 510, an intermediate conveying device main shaft 551, an intermediate conveying device auxiliary shaft 515, a conveying belt 511 and two side plates 516; the square hole protective net 510 is arranged on the top of two side plates 516, a main shaft 551 of the middle conveying device and an auxiliary shaft 515 of the middle conveying device are respectively arranged between the front end and the rear end of the side plates 516, a connecting hole 519 is arranged at the position of the side plates 516 close to the main shaft 551 of the middle conveying device and is used for connecting the middle conveying device 5 with the peeling impurity removing device 4; a conveying belt 511 is connected between the main shaft 551 of the intermediate conveying device and the auxiliary shaft 515 of the intermediate conveying device; the outlet of the tail part of the intermediate conveying device is provided with a U-shaped guide plate 526 connected with the ear collecting device, and the U-shaped guide plate 526 is connected with a U-shaped notch 636 of the ear collecting device.
Two strengthening connecting pipes 517 are arranged in the side plate 516, and two middle conveying device lifting lugs 518 are arranged in the diagonal direction of the side plate 516, so that the side plate is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
An intermediate transfer device spindle sprocket 552 is provided at one end of the intermediate transfer device spindle 551. The conveyer belt 511 is the pvc area of preventing off tracking function, and the inboard both sides edge that is close to of conveyer belt 511 is provided with bellied spacing 513 respectively, and the position department circumference that corresponds with spacing 513 on the middle conveyor main shaft is provided with spacing recess 514, installs a plurality of baffle 512 at interval evenly distributed on the conveyer belt 511.
A tensioning mechanism is arranged at the auxiliary shaft 515 of the intermediate conveying device, and comprises a movable U-shaped bearing seat connecting plate 521, an adjustable screw 522, an adjustable nut 523, a limiting angle iron 524 and a lifting lug 525 which are welded on the side plate 516; the U-shaped bearing seat connecting plate 521 is connected with the side plate 516 in a sliding mode, so that the U-shaped bearing seat connecting plate (521) can move back and forth along the side plate, the two lifting lugs 525 are respectively connected with the U-shaped bearing seat connecting plate 521, an adjustable screw 522 penetrates between the two lifting lugs, an adjusting nut 523 is arranged at the connecting position of the adjustable screw 522 and any one lifting lug 525, and a limiting angle iron 524 is welded and fixed on the surface of the side plate 516 above the U-shaped bearing seat connecting plate 521.
Two guard plates 527 are arranged on the inner sides of the two side plates 516 of the middle conveying device 5 for guiding so as to prevent the corncobs from being clamped into the gap between the conveying belt 511 and the two side plates 516.
Ear collector 6
The ear collecting device is of a frame structure and is used for collecting corn ears, has a lifting function and is convenient for discharging harvested materials.
A gantry type ear collecting box support arm 61 is arranged on one side of the ear collecting device 6 close to the left side of the whole machine, a front ear collecting box support arm 611 is arranged on one side close to the peeling and impurity removing device 4, a rear ear collecting box support arm 612 is arranged on the other side, and an ear collecting box main support arm, a diagonal pulling pipe 6212, a connecting lug 6213, a rotary sleeve 6214 and a U-shaped seat 6215 are arranged on the front ear collecting box support arm 611 and the rear ear collecting box support arm 612. In order to increase the strength, an X-shaped stay rib 613 is arranged inside the frame of the ear collecting box support arm.
Complete machine transmission
All the power of the whole machine comes from the engine 12, and the power of the engine 12 is output in three paths. Facing the forward direction, the power of the engine right output shaft 121 is transmitted to the main transmission shaft 261 in a belt transmission manner, one output power of the engine left output shaft 122 is transmitted to the radiator fan 123 in a belt transmission manner, and the other output power is transmitted to the implement traveling part shift mechanism transmission case 131 in a belt transmission manner. The power is divided into two paths by the traveling part gear shift mechanism transmission case 131, one path is transmitted to the implement main driving wheel 132 in a gear transmission manner, the other path is transmitted to the auxiliary driving wheel driving case 133 in a gear transmission manner, and the auxiliary driving wheel driving case transmits the power to the auxiliary driving wheel 134 in a gear transmission manner.
The main transmission shaft 261 divides the power into two paths, one path is transmitted to the intermediate shaft 262 in a chain transmission mode forwards, and the other path is transmitted to the peeling and impurity removing device transmission case 4241 in a chain transmission mode.
The jackshaft 262 splits the power into two paths, one of which is transmitted to the header right side shaft 2621 in a chain drive manner and the other of which is transmitted to the header left side shaft 2622 in a chain drive manner.
The header right shaft 2621 divides the power into two paths, one path is transmitted to the crushing part main shaft 231 in a chain transmission manner, and the other path is transmitted to the header right snapping bin 221 in a chain transmission manner. The header left shaft 2622 transmits power to the header left snapping bin 222 in the form of a chain drive.
The right ear picking box 221 divides the power into three paths, one path is transmitted to the right low ear picking roller 223 in a gear transmission mode, the other path is transmitted to the right high ear picking roller 224 in a gear transmission mode, and the third path is transmitted to the right outer feeding part 225 in a gear transmission mode. The left snapping bin 222 divides the power into four paths, wherein one path is transmitted to the driving shaft 331 of the conveying device in a chain transmission mode, and the other three paths are consistent with the driving mode of the right snapping bin 221 of the header and are symmetrically arranged left and right.
The transmission device drive shaft 331 transmits power to the intermediate feeding member transmission box 226 in a chain transmission manner, the intermediate feeding member transmission box 226 divides the power into two paths, one path is transmitted to the right inner feeding member 227 in a gear transmission manner, and the other path is transmitted to the left inner feeding member 228 in a gear transmission manner.
The peeling and impurity removing device transmission case 4241 divides power into three paths, one path is transmitted to the belt pulley 437 for driving the swing screen in a belt transmission mode, the other path is transmitted to the fan main shaft 441 in a belt transmission mode, and the third path is transmitted to the peeling device main shaft 4242 in a chain transmission mode.
The main shaft 4242 of the peeling device divides power into three paths, one path is transmitted to the main shaft 551 of the intermediate conveying device or the 1 st shaft 4141 of the ear pressing device in a chain transmission mode, the other two paths are transmitted to the auxiliary shafts 4243 of the two peeling devices in a gear transmission mode, and the power transmission is realized between the spiral roller 4211 and the particle roller 4212 in each group of peeling rollers 421 in a gear transmission mode. The 2 nd shaft 4142 of the ear pressing device, the 3 rd shaft 4143 of the ear pressing device and the ear throwing plate shaft 4144 in the ear pressing device realize power transmission in a chain transmission mode sequentially.
In work, the whole machine moves forward along the longitudinal arrangement direction of crops, the header device 2 positioned at the forefront of the machine set acts on the machine set, upright crops are forcibly fed to the ear picking part 22 under the action of the feeding part 21 at the forefront, the ear picking part 22 is positioned below the feeding part 21, under the action of the ear picking part 22, the root of the corn ear is forcibly pulled off and separated from corn stalks, then the corn ear roots fall off and are conveyed to the conveying device 3, the corn stalks are clamped and fall to the ground surface, the corn stalks are cut and laid on the ground surface under the action of the crushing part 23 positioned below the ear picking part 22, the corn ears continue to move backwards under the action of the conveying device 3, and the conveying device 3 is positioned above the back of the header device 2 and on the right side of the steering wheel 151 and is obliquely installed at an angle with the horizontal plane. If the harvested object is fresh corn, the corn ears are conveyed to the upper rear part of the harvesting device under the action of the conveying device 3 and fall into the middle conveying device 5, and the corn ears fall into the ear collecting device 6 positioned at the rear lower part of the middle conveying device 5 after the action of the middle conveying device 5; if the harvested object is corn for grains, the corn ear is conveyed to the peeling impurity removal device 4 below the rear part of the conveying device 3, under the combined action of the ear pressing device 41 and the peeling device 42, bracts wrapping the grains outside the corn ear fall off, the bracts are clamped to the working surface of the swing screen 43 below the peeling device, lost grains are mixed in the bracts, under the combined action of the swing screen 43 and the fan 44 below the swing screen 43, the bracts and other coarse and light impurities are thrown out of the unit, and the corn grains pass through the screen holes and fall into the grain collection device 45 below the swing screen 43. The corn ears after peeling continue to move backwards, finally fall into an ear collecting device 6 through the peeling and impurity removing device 4, and the harvesting operation is finished.

when the harvested object is kernel corn, the small side plate (413) is connected with an ear pressing component (414) of an ear pressing device (41), the front end of the ear pressing device (41) is provided with an ear guiding plate (411), and the ear guiding plate (411) is connected with the small side plate (413); a plurality of groups of ear pressing components (414) are transversely arranged behind the ear guiding plate (411), the ear pressing components (414) are connected with the large side plate (412), and the large side plate (412) is connected with the peeling device (42);
when the harvest object is fresh corn, the middle conveying device (5) is connected with a small side plate (413) at the top of the peeling device (42) through a connecting hole (519).
