Abstract

The theft-proof display contains vertical columns each containing sales-goods, e.g. cigarettes. The goods are accessible through an opening at the bottom of each column. The goods are fed into the columns through a hole on the top of each column. - The machine can be easily locked by a slat which is slid in front of the supply-openings. The columns cannot be removed when the slat is in place, because of another slat which forms part of a vertically movable frame, joined to the lock.(0/6)

Cette invention a pour objet une armoire-magasin anti-vol, en d'autres termes une armoire-magasin pourvue d'une sécurité efficace afin d'éviter le vol des marchandises mises en vente exposées dans de telles armoires.

  
L'invention concerne plus spécialement une armoire-magasin anti-vol pour le rangement classifié d'articles empilables.

  
Dans une forme préférée de réalisation, l'invention concerne une telle armoire-magasin pour le rangement classifié de paquets de cigarettes, cette armoire-magasin pouvant être fermée d'une manière simple. Il est évident que de telles armoires-magasins anti-vol sont particulièrement indiquées pour être placées dans les magasins à grande surface, à proximité des caisses enregistreuses. sa place, elle peut d'abord, d'une manière très simple, fermer ladite armoire-magasin. La fermeture de l'armoire-magasin selon l'invention peut aussi être combinée avec la fermeture d'une caisse enregistreuse, d'une telle manière que la fermeture de cette dernière provoque automatiquement la fermeture de l'armoire-magasin anti-vol.

  
Outre la sécurité contre le vol, l'armoire-magasin selon l'invention présente encore nombreux autres avantages. Tout d'abord, elle est exécutée de telle façon qu'elle peut être réapprovisionnée facilement et simplement.

  
A cet effet, sont prévues des colonnes pouvant être remplies en empilage par le haut, les articles pouvant être débités un à un par le bas de l'armoire-magasin. Ceci présente l'avantage que la marchandise la plus ancienne est délivrée en premier lieu, en sorte,qu'il ne reste pas de vielle mar-chandise dans 1.'.armoire-

Une telle armoire-magasin selon l'invention présente encore l'avantage que, dans la plupart des cas, surtout si elle est disposée à proximité d'une caisse enregistreuse dans un magasin à grande surface, elle incite la clientèle à se servir de paquets de cigarettes ou autres articles y exposés.

  
Outre les avantages techniques principaux énumérés ci-dessus, ladite armoire-magasin anti-vol offre un aspect très avantageux sur le plan financier et publicitaire. En effet, les pertes considérables subies annuellement par les vols, par exemple de paquets de cigarettes ou autres articles, seront éliminées.

  
D'autre part, une telle armoire-magasin anti-vol présente l'avantage, surtout lorsqu'elle est installée dans un magasin à grande surface, que des panneaux publicitaires, même au nombre de quatre, peuvent être prévus

  
sur les côtés de l'armoire.

  
Il est évident que ces-.panneaux publicitaires exercent, sur la clientèle, un effet psychologique non négligeable. En effet, celle-ci, pendant l'attente à la caisse, a le temps d'être influencée par la publicité apparaissant sur les panneaux.

  
L'armoire-magasin anti-vol conforme à l'invention consiste en un nombre de colonnes verticales pouvant contenir, chacune, une provision d'articles. Ceux-ci peuvent être desservis par une ouverture de débit prévue au bas de chaque colonne, l'approvisionnement pouvant se faire par une ouverture d'approvisionnement prévue dans le haut de la colonne, au moins un élément verrouillable étant prévu pour verrouiller les ouvertures de débit.

  
En vue de mieux faire ressortir les caractéristiques de l'invention,

  
une forme d'exécution préférée est décrite ci-après en se référant aux dessins annexés dans lesquels.:
la figure 1 est une vue frontale en perspective d'une colonne dans laquelle peuvent être empilés les articles à vendre; la figure 2 est une vue arrière de la même colonne; la figure 3 est une vue schématique de l'armoire-magasin anti-vol fermée; la figure 4 est une vue similaire à la figure 3, l'armoire étant ouverte; la figure 5 représente une exécution pratique d'une armoire-magasin anti-vol selon l'invention; la figure 6 est une coupe selon la ligne VI-VI de la figure 5.

  
Comme représenté aux figures 1 à 4, l'armoire-magasin anti-vol selon l'invention consiste essentiellement, dans une forme préférée d'exécution, en une colonne 1 pourvue, dans le bas, d'une ouverture 2 pour le débit des articles et, dans le haut, d'une ouverture de remplissage 3 montée de manière démontable dans une armoire 4, et un élément de fermeture 5 mobile verticalement et qui, en posiion fermée de l'armoire-magasin anti-vol, prévoit la fermeture de l'ouverture de débit 2.

  
La colonne verticale 1 consiste essentiellement en un compartiment-réservoir dans lequel peuvent être empilés les articles à vendre. A cet effet, cette colonne présente de préférence une coupe interne correspondant à la forme des articles à empiler 6.

  
Pour la formation de l'ouverture de remplissage 3, la colonne 1 est laissée ouverte dans le haut tandis qu'elle est fermée dans le bas par un fond 7. L'ouverture 2, adjacente à ce fond 7, est formée par une découpe dans la paroi avant 8 de la colonne 1.

  
De plus, la colonne 1, exécutée de préférence en matière synthétique ou en aluminium, présente, en sa paroi avant 8, une fente 9.relativement étroite et, dans les parois latérales, une fente 10 relativement large. Le côté arrière de la colonne 1 présente un certain nombre de crochets 11 pouvant coopérer avec un nombre de lattes 12 aménagées dans l'armoire 4.

  
L'élément de fermeture 5 qui, selon cette exécution, est formé par une latte qui, en position fermée de l'armoire-magasin anti-vol, recouvre l'ouverture de débit 2 de la colonne 1, peut, selon cette forme d'exécution, être glissée vers le haut. Cette manoeuvre peut être facilitée par un contrepoids 13 prévu de façon adéquate.

  
Selon la forme d'exécution représentée aux figures 1 à 3, l'élément de fermeture 5 fait partie d'un châssis 14 entièrement mobile, ce dernier étant pourvu d'une deuxième latte 15, le tout d'une telle manière que cette latte 15, dans la position la plus basse du châssis 14, et donc en position fermée de l'élément de fermeture 5, se trouve juste au-dessus de la colonne 5.

  
Il est donc évident que le châssis 14, dans sa position la plus basse, peut être verrouillé au moyen d'un verrou ou similaire, non représenté aux figures 1 à 4.

Le fonctionnement de cette armoire-magasin anti-vol selon l'invention ressort clairement des dessins. Comme représenté figure 4, dans la position élevée du châssis 14, les articles 6 peuvent être facilement enlevés via l'ouverture de débit 2. Pour réapprovisionner la colonne 1, celle-ci doit être décrochée des lattes 12, après quoi le réapprovisionnement peut se faire par l'ouverture de remplissage 3. La fente 10 relativement large présente l'avantage qu'en cas de chute malencontreuse des articles 6, ceux-ci peuvent facilement être atteints par la fente 10 afin de les remettre en position adéquate. Après remplissage, la colonne 1 peut être simplement raccrochée aux lattes 12.

  
Pour fermer l'armoire-magasin, il suffit de baisser l'élément de fermeture
- et donc aussi-le châssis 14 - et de les verrouiller au moyen du verrou précité. Par le fait que la latte 15 se trouve juste au-dessus de la colonne 1, il est impossible, dès lors, de la décrocher des lattes 12.

  
Il est évident qu'en position ouverte de l'armoire-magasin anti-vol, le contrepoids 13 a pour fonction de laisser le châssis 14 en position élevée. La fente 9 dans la paroi avant 8 de la colonne 1 sert purement et simplement à pouvoir évaluer le contenu de la colonne 1. Bien entendu, cette fente 9 ne donne, en aucun cas, accès aux articles 6 empilés. La paroi avant 8 avec fente étroite 9 peut éventuellement être remplacée par une paroi transparente.

  
Les figures 5 et 6 représentent une forme d'exécution pratique de l'armoire-magasin anti-vol selon l'invention. En l'occurrence, 25 colonnes 1 sont prévues dans l'armoire 4. Ces colonnes se succèdent par rangée de deux, respectivement 16-17. La rangée arrière 17 se trouve à un niveau un peu plus bas que la rangée précédente 16 en sorte qu'il est possible d'atteindre facilement toutes les ouvertures de débit 2. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, la rangée avant 16 est formée de 13 colonnes tandis que la

d'ailleurs prévue une colonne 1 en moins car un espace 18 est aménagé dans le milieu de l'armoire 4, espace destiné à loger le contrepoids 13-.

  
Il est évident que l'armoire doit, en l'occurrence, être exécutée d'une telle manière qu'elle comprend, e.a., deux éléments de fermeture 5 et deux lattes 15 pour empêcher le décrochage des colonnes 1.

  
Le verrouillage de l'élément de fermeture 5, et donc aussi du châssis 14, se fait au moyen d'un verrou 19 provoquant le verrouillage (non représenté) du châssis 1,4 avec l'armoire 4.

  
La partie inférieure de l'armoire 4 se trouve de préférence à 1,80 m du sol. Un pied solide 20 est prévu pour soutenir l'armoire-magasin. La partie supérieure de l'armoire-magasin anti-vol selon l'invention, donc en fait l'armoire 4, est pourvue d'un panneau 21 sur lequel apparaissent les marques des articles 6 se trouvant dans les 25 colonnes différentes. 

  
D'autres panneaux publicitaires 22 peuvent encore être prévus.

  
Il est évident qu'une telle armoire-magasin anti-vol peut être exécutée sous différentes formes. Il n'est donc pas indispensable que les colonnes

  
1 soient décrochables. Elles peuvent tout aussi bien être remplies par l'intermédiaire d'un couvercle séparé pouvant être fermé et prévu en un endroit quelconque de l'armoire 4. Il faut encore prévoir un élément de fermeture 5 verrouillable, ce qui simplifie sensiblement la construction du châssis 14.

  
Dans une variante non représentée, l'invention prévoit une armoire-magasin telle que décrite précédemment mais dans laquelle le verrou 19 peut être commandé électriquement et relié à une caisse enregistreuse du magasin.

  
Il est évident que l'armoire-magasin selon l'invention n'est pas limitée à l'application pour la vente de cigarettes mais que, moyennant une forme adéquate des colonnes 1, toutes sortes d'articles peuvent être distribués au moyen d'une telle armoire, notamment des musicassettes, des cassettesvidéo, des films, des allumettes, des friandises, etc...

  
L'invention n'est nullement limitée à la forme d'exécution décrite précédemment et illustrée aux dessins annexés mais une telle armoire-magasin anti-vol ainsi que ses parties constitutives peuvent être réalisées sous toutes formes et dimensions sans, pour cela, sortir du cadre de la présente invention. 

  
Revendications.

  
1.- Armoire-magasin anti-vol, caractérisée en ce qu'elle consiste en un nombre de colonnes verticales (1) pouvant contenir, chacune, une provision d'articles (6); ces articles (6) peuvent être desservis par une ouverture de débit (2) prévue au bas de chaque colonne, l'approvisionnement pouvant se faire par une ouverture d'approvisionnement (3) prévue dans le haut de la colonne (1), au moins un élément verrouillable (5) étant prévu pour verrouiller les ouvertures de débit (2).

To this end, there are provided columns which can be filled in stacking from the top, the articles being able to be cut one by one from the bottom of the cabinet-store. This has the advantage that the oldest goods are delivered in the first place, so that there is no old goods left in 1.

As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the anti-theft store cabinet according to the invention essentially consists, in a preferred embodiment, in a column 1 provided, at the bottom, with an opening 2 for the flow of articles and, at the top, a filling opening 3 removably mounted in a cabinet 4, and a closing element 5 movable vertically and which, in the closed position of the anti-theft shop cabinet, provides for closing flow opening 2.

  
The vertical column 1 essentially consists of a tank compartment in which the articles for sale can be stacked. To this end, this column preferably has an internal section corresponding to the shape of the articles to be stacked 6.

  
For the formation of the filling opening 3, the column 1 is left open at the top while it is closed at the bottom by a bottom 7. The opening 2, adjacent to this bottom 7, is formed by a cutout in the front wall 8 of column 1.

The operation of this anti-theft store cabinet according to the invention is clear from the drawings. As shown in Figure 4, in the raised position of the chassis 14, the articles 6 can be easily removed via the flow opening 2. To replenish the column 1, it must be unhooked from the slats 12, after which the replenishment can be do this through the filling opening 3. The relatively wide slot 10 has the advantage that in the event of an unfortunate fall of the articles 6, these can easily be reached by the slot 10 in order to return them to the appropriate position. After filling, the column 1 can simply be hung up on the slats 12.

- And therefore also the chassis 14 - and to lock them by means of the aforementioned lock. By the fact that the slat 15 is located just above the column 1, it is therefore impossible to unhook it from the slats 12.

  
It is obvious that in the open position of the anti-theft store cabinet, the counterweight 13 has the function of leaving the chassis 14 in the raised position. The slot 9 in the front wall 8 of the column 1 serves purely and simply to be able to evaluate the content of the column 1. Of course, this slot 9 does not, in any case, give access to the stacked articles 6. The front wall 8 with narrow slot 9 can optionally be replaced by a transparent wall.

  
Figures 5 and 6 show a practical embodiment of the anti-theft store cabinet according to the invention. In this case, 25 columns 1 are provided in the cabinet 4. These columns follow one another in rows of two, respectively 16-17. The rear row 17 is at a slightly lower level than the previous row 16 so that it is possible to easily reach all the flow openings 2. In the embodiment shown, the front row 16 is formed of 13 columns while the

moreover provided for a column 1 less since a space 18 is arranged in the middle of the cabinet 4, space intended to accommodate the counterweight 13-.

  
It is obvious that the cabinet must, in this case, be executed in such a way that it comprises, a.a., two closing elements 5 and two slats 15 to prevent the stalling of the columns 1.

  
The locking element 5, and therefore also the chassis 14, is locked by means of a lock 19 causing the locking (not shown) of the chassis 1.4 with the cabinet 4.

  
The lower part of the cabinet 4 is preferably 1.80 m from the ground. A solid base 20 is provided to support the store cabinet. The upper part of the anti-theft store cabinet according to the invention, therefore in fact the cabinet 4, is provided with a panel 21 on which the marks of the articles 6 appearing in the 25 different columns appear.

  
Other advertising panels 22 can also be provided.

  
It is obvious that such an anti-theft store cabinet can be executed in different forms. It is therefore not essential that the columns

  
1 are detachable. They can just as easily be filled by means of a separate cover which can be closed and provided at any location in the cabinet 4. It is also necessary to provide a locking closing element 5, which considerably simplifies the construction of the chassis. 14.

  
In a variant not shown, the invention provides a store cabinet as described above but in which the lock 19 can be controlled electrically and connected to a store cash register.

  
It is obvious that the store cupboard according to the invention is not limited to the application for the sale of cigarettes but that, by means of an adequate form of the columns 1, all kinds of articles can be distributed by means of such a cabinet, in particular musicassettes, video cassettes, films, matches, candies, etc.

  
The invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described above and illustrated in the accompanying drawings, but such an anti-theft store cabinet as well as its constituent parts can be produced in all shapes and sizes without, for this, leaving the part of the present invention.

  
Claims.

  
1.- Anti-theft store cabinet, characterized in that it consists of a number of vertical columns (1) which can each contain a supply of articles (6); these articles (6) can be served by a flow opening (2) provided at the bottom of each column, the supply can be done by a supply opening (3) provided at the top of the column (1), at the at least one lockable element (5) being provided for locking the flow openings (2).

Claims

1 to 7, characterized in that it is provided with means for fixing it to

a wall or wall.

2. An anti-theft store cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that the lockable closing element (5) is formed by a slat which can, if necessary, be slid in front of the flow openings (2) and locked.

3. Anti-theft store cabinet according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the columns (1) are removably mounted, means being provided to prevent the removal of the columns (1) when the element of closure (5) is located in front of the flow openings (2).

4.- anti-theft store cabinet according to claim 3, characterized in that the means preventing the removal of the columns (1) consist of a slat (15) forming part of a frame (14) which can be moved vertically to which the closure element (5) is also secured; the columns (1) are mounted in the cabinet (4) so that they can be detached; in the lowest position of the frame (14), the magazine cabinet is locked, the closing element (5), on the one hand, lying in front of the flow opening (2) and, on the other hand part, the slat (15) being located just above the columns (1), so that they can no longer be detached.

5.- anti-theft store cabinet according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the closing element (5) and the frame (14) are connected to a counterweight (13).

6. Anti-theft store cabinet according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the closing element (5) can be locked by means of a lock (19).

7.- Anti-theft store cabinet according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is provided with two rows of columns (16-17) placed one behind the other, the second row being provided at a level slightly lower than the first.

8. Anti-theft store cabinet according to claim 7, characterized in that, in the second row of columns (17), there is provided a space (18) housing the counterweight (13).

9. Anti-theft store cabinet according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is mounted on a foot (20).
