Abstract
L'invention sert à controler des soudures TIG de bouchons d'extrémité (12, 14) de barres de combustible (A-G) pour réacteur nucléaire. Un dispositif de controle comprenant un spectographe (38) et une chambre de comptage (40) détecte la présence de tungstène dans la soudure d'étanchéité du bouchon supérieur. Des dispositifs (33, 30) de vérification par ultrasons controlent les soudures des bouchons d'extrémité (12, 14). Les barres de combustible sont introduites dans les dispositifs de controle, extraites de ceux-ci et transportées entre eux automatiquement par des dispositifs de manutention (52, 54, 56, 58).
