Abstract
The circular motor includes a reservoir of distilled water which is connected to a coiled tube. The tube is enclosed with an electrical resistance heating coil which supplies energy to convert the water into steam. The steam is directed on to the surface of a rotor having blades attached, in order to drive it round. - A toothed wheel attached to the rotor engages a pinion on an electric generator in order to convert the rotational energy of the wheel into electrical energy. An exhaust collector carries the steam to a condenser for re-use. If the system is hermetically sealed, then it is said to have the possibility of perpetual motion.

Description.
