Description
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de distribution assurant automatiquement
à partir d'un réservoir de poudre de café, le transvasement de la quantité de poudre nécessaire à l'obtention d'un type de café donné (nombre de tasses - qualité : fort, moyen, léger) et ce dans l'élément filtrant par exemple.
En vue de la réalisation de ce but, ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que la base dudit réservoir est constituée d'une série de compartiments égaux mis en rotation autour d'un axe central associés à un dispositif fixe obturant l'un d'eux.
D'autres caractéristiques ressortiront d'un exemple de réalisation qui sera décrit ci-après en se référant aux dessins dans lesquels :
la figure 1 est une vue en élévation du dispositif de distribution ;
la.figure 2 est une vue en coupe transversale de la base du dispositif ; la figure 3 est une vue suivant la coupe III-III dans la figure 2 ; la figure 4 est une vue en perspective éclatée des éléments constituant la base du dispositif de distribution.
Comme le montre ces dessins, le réservoir 1 du type cylindrique comporte une partie transparente 2 permettant à l'utilisateur de vérifier la quantité de poudre de café 3 qu'il contient. A la base de ce réservoir est fixéeune tranche cylindrique 4 composée de compartiments 5 égaux et juxtaposés
(ici au nombre de 6) représentant par leur taille la dose standard de café nécessaire à l'obtention d'une tasse de café moyen par exemple. Cette tranche tourne autour d'un axe central 6 et comme elle est ouverte à sa partie supérieure, les compartiments se remplissent (par gravité) de poudre de café 3.
En dessous de cette tranche cylindrique se trouve un plateau fixe 7 ayant exactement le même diamètre que la tranche 4 et lui servant de fond.
Ledit plateau ne comporte qu'une ouverture 8 d'un dimensionnement égal aux compartiments. En regard de cette ouverture et au-dessus de la tranche cylindrique 4 est positionné un égalisateur 10 en forme de cône assurant :
1/ un remplissage correct et égal des compartiments 5 2/ le seul transvasement vers le bas du volume de
café contenu dans ledit compartiment 5.
On comprend dès lors qu'à chaque 1/6ème de rotation de la tranche cylindrique, un volume de poudre de café égal à celui d'un des compartiments
5 est transvasé dans l'élément filtrant situé au-dessous du plateau 7. Pour obtenir une parfaite étanchéité
un ressort 20 fixé sur l'axe de révolution de la tranche cylindrique presse le plateau 7 contre la tranche cylindrique 4.
L'entraînement en rotation de la tranche peut être assuré de façon conventionnelle soit par
des moyens mécaniques, soit par des moyens électriques.
A l'extrémité de l'axe de révolution solidaire de la tranche 4 et situé dans le réservoir
1, on a fixé de façon rigide deux ailettes 30 destinées à répartir de façon homogène la poudre de café.
L'une de ces ailettes comporte une
partie flexible 31 venant frotter sur le cône 10
et la paroi interne du cylindre de façon à éviter
que la poudre de café ne puisse s'y accumuler.
Pour assurer un transfert parfait de la poudre de café, les parois des compartiments ont un profil conique (largeur de la base supérieure à celle de la partie supérieure) et l'égalisateur 10 est légèrement évidé (en regard des compartiments) de manière à créer un espace 40 de façon à permettre la <EMI ID=1.1>
Bien entendu diverses modifications peuvent être apportées par L'homme de l'art au dispositif qui vient d'être décrit uniquement à titre d'exemple non limitatif sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Said tray only has an opening 8 of a size equal to the compartments. Opposite this opening and above the cylindrical section 4 is positioned an equalizer 10 in the form of a cone ensuring:

coffee contained in said compartment 5.
We therefore understand that every 1 / 6th of rotation of the cylindrical slice, a volume of coffee powder equal to that of one of the compartments
5 is transferred to the filter element located below the plate 7. To obtain a perfect seal
a spring 20 fixed on the axis of revolution of the cylindrical section presses the plate 7 against the cylindrical section 4.
The drive in rotation of the wafer can be provided in a conventional manner either by
mechanical means, either by electrical means.
At the end of the axis of revolution secured to section 4 and located in the tank
