Het is gebruikelijk, bijvoorbeeld bij het houden van schrifte-

Dit houdt in dat telkens twee enveloppen gebruikt dienen te worden nl. de eerste envelop, gericht aan de geadresseerde en de tweede envelop welke daarna teruggestuurd wordt door de geadresseerde. De eerste envelop is dan niet meer bruikbaar hetgeen mede met het oog op papierbesparing als een nadeel is te beschouwen.

  
De uitvinding heeft tot doel dit nadeel te ondervangen door het verschaffen van een envelop welke twee maal gebruikt kan worden.

  
Volgens de uitvinding is de envelop hiertoe voorzien van een perforatielijn welke de envelop in twee delen verdeelt en een

  
sluitklep welke aan de binnenkant van de voorzijde van de envelop is aangebracht.
