La présente invention a pour objet un crochet de suspension, en particulier pour sachet en matière plastique, comprenant une patte de fixation destinée à être soudée ou collée à
au moins une des parois du sachet.
Les crochets du type susdit sont largement utilisés pour
être associés à des sachets en matière plastique contenant des
produits à exposer dans des magasins à libre-service, les produits
étant généralement emballés sur leur lieu de fabrication.
Si cette façon de procéder est avantageuse pour les distributeurs desdits produits en les déchargeant de toute manutention quant à l'emballage de ces produits, elle présente toutefois pour ces distributeurs l'inconvénient majeur qu'un nombre important d'emballages, mis à la disposition de la clientèle sur des présentoirs où les sachets sont suspendus par leur crochet, sont

Or, tout produit emballé ne pouvant plus être suspendu
à son présentoir perd de sa valeur marchande , ces produits sont généralement groupés et font l'objet de ventes spéciales au cours desquelles ils sont vendus à un prix nettement inférieur à leur prix normal de vente.
Pour remédier à cet inconvénient, on a déjà pensé à joindre à des produits emballés, des sachets vides munis d'un crochet destinés à remplacer les emballages détériorés. Cette solution ne donne toutefois pas satisfaction étant donné la diversité des produits vendus dans les magasins à libre-service, qui sont également des magasins à succursales multiples dans lesquels les frais entraînés par une bonne répartition des emballages vides, la gestion des stocks de ces derniers, etc... seraient supérieurs à la perte subie lors des ventes spéciales précitées.
L'invention a pour but de remédier à cet inconvénient
et de procurer un crochet de suspension pour sachet susceptible
de pouvoir être à nouveau fixé audit sachet lorsque sa fixation normale, par soudure ou collage, a cédé, le crochet suivant l'invention offrant en outre l'avantage de pouvoir erre fixé au sachet, approximativement à l'endroit de fixation initial, même si le sachet s'est déchiré lors de la séparation du crochet qui y était fixé par collage ou soudure.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, la patte susdite, située sous le crochet et s'étendant sensiblement symétriquement par rapport à la verticale passant par le point de suspension du crochet en position suspendue, présente des moyens agencés pour permettre son accrochage, à l'extérieur du sachet, à au moins une des parois de celui-ci.

tageux de l'invention, les moyens susdits sont constitués par au moins une perforation réalisée de part en part dans la patte précitée, une pièce indépendante du crochet étant prévue pour coopérer avec la patte, cette pièce présentant une saillie dont la section correspond sensiblement à la section de la perforation et dont la longueur est au moins égale à la longueur de cette perforation, ladite saillie étant destinée, lorsqu'elle est introduite dans la perforation, à immobiliser, par rapport à la patte, au moins une des parois du sachet disposée entre ladite patte et la pièce.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description des dessins annexés au présent mémoire et qui représentent, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, diverses formes de réalisation du crochet suivant l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un crochet suivant l'invention et d'un sachet auquel il est destiné à être <EMI ID=3.1> La figure 2 est une vue en perspective montrant le crochet et le sachet représentés à la figure 1 lorsque ces derniers sont assemblés. La figure 3 est une vue en élévation montrant à grande échelle, un détail du crochet représenté aux figures 1 et 2.
Les figures 4, 6 et 8 sont des vues en perspective de variantes du crochet suivant l'invention montré à la figure 1.
Les figures 5, 7 et 9 sont des vues partielles, en perspective, montrant les crochets représentés aux figures 4, 6 et 8 associés à un sachet.
Les figures 10 et 11 sont des vues en plan montrant des crochets suivant l'invention réunis entre eux pour se présenter sous la forme d'une bande.
Dans les différentes figures, les mêmes notations de référence désignent des éléments identiques ou analogues.
Le crochet 1 suivant l'invention et représenté aux dessins comprend une patte de fixation 2 destinée à être soudée à au moins une des parois 4 d'un sachet 3 pour permettre de suspen-

fixée soit à proximité de l'ouverture du sachet, soit à proximité du fond de ce dernier. La patte 2 dudit crochet, qui est située sous le crochet proprement dit et qui s'étend sensiblement symétriquement par rapport à la verticale, de trace 5 (voir figure 3), passant par le point de suspension 6 du crochet, présente des moyens 7 agencés pour permettre son accrochage, à l'extérieur du sachet 3, à au moins une des parois de ce dernier, ces moyens 7 étant avantageusement agencés sur la patte 2 de manière à être situés soit sur la verticale précitée, soit symétriquement par rapport à cette dernière.
Le crochet 1, montré aux figures 1 et 2,comprend une patte 2 dans laquelle deux perforations 8 ont été réalisées, de part en part, dans la patte. La fixation du crochet 1 qui a été séparé de son sachet s'effectue à l'aide d'une pièce 9 indépendante du crochet et destinée à coopérer avec la patte 2 dudit crochet, comme montré à la figure 2. Cette pièce 9 présente deux saillies
10 dont l'écartement correspond à l'écartement des perforations 8, la section desdites saillies correspondant sensiblement à la section desdites perforations tandis que la longueur des saillies est au moins égale à l'épaisseur de la patte 2. Les saillies 10 sont destinées, lorsqu'elles sont introduites dans les perforations 8, à immobiliser, par rapport à la patte 2, et de là,par rapport au crochet 1, les parois 4 su sac pincées entre ladite patte 2 et la pièce 9.
Pour éviter que les saillies 10 se dégagent des perforations 8, ces saillies présentent, comme montré
à la figure 3, des aspérités annulaires 10' autorisant l'introduction des saillies dans les perforations 8 et interdisant leur dégagement de ces dernières.
Il suffit donc, pour fixer à nouveau aux sachets les crocheta qui se sont détachés de ceux-ci, que les magasins disposent d'un stock de pièces 9 qui peuvent être utilisées pour fixer les crochets détachés à n'importe quel sachet. Le crochet et la pièce illustrés aux figures 1 à 3 permettent donc, à partir d'une même pièce 9, de réparer des emballages contenant des produits divers, ce qui présente un avantage notoire par rapport à ce qui avait déjà été proposé, à savoir fournir, pour chacun des produits vendus, des emballages de rechange.
Toutefois, il n'est pas indispensable, suivant l'invention, d'associer au crochet une pièce 9 indépendante de ce dernier pour assurer sa fixation au sachet. C'est ainsi que, comme montré aux figures 4 et 5, la patte 2 du crochet peut présenter deux perforations 11, à la périphérie desquelles aboutissent des fentes 12 réalisées dans la patte, ces perforations et fentes s'étendant de part en part de la patte et les fentes étant régulièrement réparties à la périphérie des perforations.
Pour fixer le sachet à la patte du crochet, il suffit, avec un objet de section légèrement supérieure à celle des perforations, de forcer les parois 4 du sachet à pénétrer dans les perforations 11 où elles sont retenues dans les fentes 12 qui se referment grâce à l'élasticité de la matière constituant la patte 2, lorsque l'on dégage l'objet susdit des perforations après y avoir introduit les parois du sachet.
Suivant l'invention, on peut également prévoir, comme montré aux figures 6 et 7, des moyens 7 constitués par des découpes 13 pratiquées dans la patte 2 et réalisées de manière à former, sur une partie de la hauteur de chaque découpe, une saillie 14 dont l'extrémité 15 est d'allure triangulaire et dont le sommet 16 est tourné vers le crochet proprement dit, cette saillie 14 présentant à l'opposé de son sommet 16, une portion rétrécie 17 de raccordement à la patte 2.
Pour immobiliser un sachet par rapport à la patte 2 du crochet, il suffit de faire pénétrer les parois du sachet dans les découpes 13 et d'empaler lesdites parois sur les saillies 14, les parois étant alors retenues, par les extrémités 15 des saillies, sur les portions rétrécies 17 présentées par ces dernières.
Plutôt que de réaliser des découpes dans la patte 2 du crochet, on peut également prévoir, suivant l'invention et comme montré aux figures 8 et 9, une patte présentant deux saillies 18 dirigées vers le crochet proprement dit et s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à la verticale précitée. Chacune des saillies
18 présentant, comme les saillies 14, une extrémité 19 d'allure triangulaire et une portion rétrécie 20 de raccordement à la patte 2.
Pour fixer un sachet à la patte 2 du crochet, il suffit de faire pénétrer les saillies 18 dans les parois du sachet, ces dernières étant retenues, par les extrémités 19 des saillies sur la portion rétrécie 20 de celles-ci.
Les crochets 1 suivant l'invention peuvent soit se présenter séparés les uns des autres, soit être réunis en bande, comme montré aux figures 10 et 11, par des éléments de liaison
21 détachables.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée aux formes de réalisation ^écrites et que bien des modifications peuvent être apportées à ces dernières sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.

However, any packaged product that can no longer be suspended
its display loses its market value, these products are generally grouped together and are the subject of special sales during which they are sold at a price significantly lower than their normal selling price.
To remedy this drawback, it has already been thought to attach to packaged products, empty bags provided with a hook intended to replace damaged packaging. However, this solution is not satisfactory given the diversity of the products sold in self-service stores, which are also chain stores in which the costs incurred by a good distribution of empty packaging, the management of stocks of the latter. , etc ... would be greater than the loss incurred during the aforementioned special sales.
The object of the invention is to remedy this drawback
and to provide a hanging hook for a bag capable of
to be able to be fixed again to said bag when its normal fixing, by welding or gluing, has given way, the hook according to the invention also offering the advantage of being able to be fixed to the bag, approximately at the initial fixing location, even if the bag has torn during the separation of the hook which was attached to it by gluing or welding.
To this end, according to the invention, the aforementioned tab, located under the hook and extending substantially symmetrically with respect to the vertical passing through the point of suspension of the hook in the suspended position, has means arranged to allow its hooking, to the outside of the bag, to at least one of the walls thereof.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the in-

tag of the invention, the aforesaid means are constituted by at least one perforation made right through in the aforementioned tab, a part independent of the hook being provided to cooperate with the tab, this part having a projection whose section corresponds substantially to the section of the perforation and the length of which is at least equal to the length of this perforation, said projection being intended, when introduced into the perforation, to immobilize, relative to the tab, at least one of the walls of the bag disposed between said tab and the part.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description of the drawings appended to this specification and which show, by way of non-limiting examples, various embodiments of the hook according to the invention.

The hook 1 according to the invention and shown in the drawings comprises a fixing lug 2 intended to be welded to at least one of the walls 4 of a bag 3 to allow hanging.

fixed either near the opening of the sachet, or near the bottom of the latter. The tab 2 of said hook, which is located under the hook itself and which extends substantially symmetrically with respect to the vertical, trace 5 (see Figure 3), passing through the point of suspension 6 of the hook, has means 7 arranged to allow its attachment, outside the bag 3, to at least one of the walls of the latter, these means 7 being advantageously arranged on the tab 2 so as to be located either on the aforementioned vertical or symmetrically with respect to the latter.
The hook 1, shown in Figures 1 and 2, comprises a tab 2 in which two perforations 8 have been made, right through, in the tab. The attachment of the hook 1 which has been separated from its bag is carried out using a part 9 independent of the hook and intended to cooperate with the tab 2 of said hook, as shown in FIG. 2. This part 9 has two projections
10, the spacing of which corresponds to the spacing of the perforations 8, the section of said projections corresponding substantially to the section of said perforations while the length of the projections is at least equal to the thickness of the tab 2. The projections 10 are intended, when they are introduced into the perforations 8, to be immobilized, relative to the tab 2, and from there, relative to the hook 1, the walls 4 of the bag clamped between said tab 2 and the part 9.
To prevent the protrusions 10 from emerging from the perforations 8, these protrusions have, as shown
in Figure 3, annular asperities 10 'allowing the introduction of the projections into the perforations 8 and preventing their release from the latter.
It is therefore sufficient, in order to re-attach the hooks which have become detached from them to the bags, for the stores to have a stock of parts 9 which can be used to attach the detached hooks to any bag. The hook and the part illustrated in Figures 1 to 3 therefore make it possible, from the same part 9, to repair packaging containing various products, which has a notable advantage over what had already been proposed, namely provide, for each of the products sold, replacement packaging.
However, it is not essential, according to the invention, to associate with the hook a part 9 independent of the latter to ensure its attachment to the bag. Thus, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the tab 2 of the hook may have two perforations 11, at the periphery of which end slots 12 made in the tab, these perforations and slots extending right through. the tab and the slots being regularly distributed around the periphery of the perforations.
To fix the bag to the tab of the hook, it suffices, with an object of section slightly greater than that of the perforations, to force the walls 4 of the bag to penetrate into the perforations 11 where they are retained in the slots 12 which close thanks to the elasticity of the material constituting the tab 2, when the aforementioned object is released from the perforations after having introduced the walls of the bag therein.
According to the invention, it is also possible to provide, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, means 7 constituted by cutouts 13 made in the tab 2 and made so as to form, over part of the height of each cutout, a projection 14, the end 15 of which is triangular in shape and the apex 16 of which faces the hook proper, this projection 14 having, opposite its apex 16, a narrowed portion 17 for connection to the tab 2.
To immobilize a bag relative to the tab 2 of the hook, it suffices to make the walls of the bag penetrate into the cutouts 13 and to impale said walls on the projections 14, the walls then being retained, by the ends 15 of the projections, on the narrowed portions 17 presented by the latter.
Rather than making cutouts in the tab 2 of the hook, one can also provide, according to the invention and as shown in Figures 8 and 9, a tab having two projections 18 directed towards the hook itself and extending substantially parallel to the aforementioned vertical. Each of the projections
18 having, like the projections 14, an end 19 of triangular shape and a narrowed portion 20 for connection to the tab 2.
To fix a bag to the tab 2 of the hook, it suffices to make the projections 18 penetrate into the walls of the bag, the latter being retained, by the ends 19 of the projections on the narrowed portion 20 thereof.
The hooks 1 according to the invention can either be separated from each other, or be joined in a strip, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, by connecting elements

It should be understood that the invention is by no means limited to the written embodiments and that many modifications can be made to the latter without departing from the scope of the present patent.
