<EMI ID=1.1>

"Bottle stopper device
or similar container ".
The present invention relates to a closure device
for bottle or similar container, arranged in such a way that
after opening it discovers a clean spout to prevent the liquid from dripping onto the container when it is upright
from its tilted dumping position.
There are known corking or overcapping capsules, the upper part of which, intended to be tearable, contains a pouring spout which is released by the opening of the assembly. However, devices of this type known to date have various drawbacks, such as in particular that of operating satisfactorily only if the bottle or other container is properly oriented, which obviously requires that the user take care to ensure this orientation. .
The invention aims to provide a closure device
<EMI ID = 1.1>
The invention also relates to such a device which is of simple and economical construction.
The corking device according to the invention, comprising in combination on the one hand a three-piece cap consisting of a skirt snapped onto the neck of the container, a tear-off guarantee strip and a top cap, and on the other hand a pouring spout housed in the aforementioned capsule, is characterized in that the connection between the guarantee band and the cap is made by means of bridges formed by the base of radial ribs arranged on the periphery of the cap and oriented outwards, said band being connected to the skirt by means of a line of least resistance affecting the shape of a groove made in the interior face of the capsule.
The accompanying drawing shows by way of example an embodiment of the closure device according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is an axial section of this device, assumed to be placed on the neck of a bottle.
Fig. 2 is a partial perspective view of this bottle, on which the sectional plane of FIG. 1.
In fig. 1 shows the neck of a bottle at 1, this neck having on its outer wall a circular hooking step 1a in the known manner. The neck 1 is surrounded by the skirt 2 of a capping cap A. On the internal wall of the skirt 2 is provided a projection 2a, snapped below the step 1a. The skirt 2 is connected to an upper cap 3 by means of a tear-off guarantee strip 4 provided with a tear tab 5. The upper transverse wall of the cap 3 is integral on its lower face with a cylindrical extension. hollow 3a oriented downwards and surrounded by a cy-

higher than the wall 6b, its upper part flaring out, as indicated at 6a, above the space 7. A double-walled cylinder is thus produced comprising an inner wall 6b coaxial with the outer wall 6b.
The hollow extension 3a of the cap 3 engages slightly by force in the interior wall 6d, thus achieving a closure

The guarantee band 4 is connected to the skirt 2 by means of a line of least resistance 10 formed by a groove provided on the internal face of this skirt; this strip 4 is made integral with the upper cap 3 by means of the base of ribs 3c arranged on the periphery of this cap and oriented radially outwards.
It will be noted that below the step 1a which constitutes the lower face of the usual ring of the neck 1, the latter has
a tapered shape flared down which ends in a shoulder-

the skirt 2. Thus, and as has been shown in FIG. 2, when the capsule A is in place, it extends the lower part of the neck upwards, which gives this neck an aesthetic pleasing to the eye.
Thanks to the axial immobilization of the spout B with respect to the skirt of the capsule A, the device formed by the union of these two elements can be stored without taking special precautions; in addition, the establishment of this device on the neck A can be done at high speed using conventional machines. The insertion of the cylindrical wall 6b of the pouring spout B into the opening of the neck is facilitated by the fact that its upper end is in contact with the lower edge of the cylindrical wall 3b. When the A-B assembly is in place, the seal

thanks to the cooperation of the extension 3a of the cap 3 with the internal wall 6d.
A corking device with a pouring spout is produced which guarantees the authenticity of the product contained in the receptacle comprising the neck 1 and the opening of which is very easy since it is effected by pulling the tab 5, which causes the breaking of the connecting bridges between the ribs 3c and the strip 4 at the same time as the latter separates from the skirt 1 by tearing along line 10. In addition, the liquid is easily spilled because the flared edge 6e of the pourer 3 is completely circular.
It must also be understood that the above description has been given only by way of example 'and that it in no way limits the field of the invention, which would not be departed from by replacing the details of execution. described by all other equivalents.
