Abstract
Cpds. of formula (I): (where X is (II) A is -NR1-CO- or -N=CR2-, R1 is H, alkenyl, or alkyl, opt. subst. by aryl(oxy), alkoxy, acyloxy, amino, (di)alkylamino and/or OH, R2 is H, halogen, alkyl, OR3, or NR4R5 R3 is H or alkyl opt. subst. by aryl(oxy), alkoxy, acyloxy, OH, NH2, (di)alkylamino, R4 and R5 are R1 or NR4R5 is a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring opt. contg. further hetero atoms, and R6 and R7 are H, halogen, alkyl OR3 or NR4R5) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts which are useful for treating disorders due to the combination of an antigen with a reaginic antibody (e.g. asthma, hayfever, urticaria, eczema or atopic dermatitis), are prepd. by reacting a carboxylic acid of formula XCOOH or an activated deriv. thereof with 5-aminotetrazole and opt. converting any of the gps. R1, R2, R6 and R7 into other gps. falling within the same definition.
