La présente invention est relative à un dispositif destiné à faciliter le lavage des parties du corps humain difficilement accessibles. Il sera plus particulièrement utile au cours d'un bain ou d'une douche.
Les dispositifs connus, plus particulièrement adaptés au nettoyage du dos, tels que des brosses à long manche présentent l'inconvénient d'obliger l'utilisateur à des contorsions pour atteindre les parties difficilement accessibles. Le dispositif selon l'invention vise à supprimer cet inconvénient tout en permettant un effet de massage intéressant. Ce massage simultané au lavage du dos pourra être obtenu par l'utilisateur dans une position debout normale peu fatiguante. Dans cette position, l'ensemble du dos pourra être atteint.
A cet effet, le dispositif selon l'invention plus particulièrement adapté
au nettoyage et au massage du dos est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un matériau spongieux, des moyens pour maintenir ledit matériau en contact

L'invention sera bien comprise en se référant à la description suivante d'un mode d'exécution non limitatif illustré par le dessin annexé dans lequel:
la figure 1 est une vue en perspective du dispositif de nettoyage et de massage selon l'invention dans une forme d'exécution, la figure 2 est une vue de profil de l'utilisateur avec le dispositif.
En se référant aux figures 1 et 2, on voit que le dispositif pour le nettoyage et le massage est constitué essentiellement pour sa partie active d'un élément
12 de section sensiblement trapézoïdale monté autour d'un axe 14 qui porte à chacune de ses extrémités des courroies 16.
L'élément 12 jouant le rôle d'une éponge destinée simultanément au nettoyage et au massage du dos peut être fabriqué à partir de tout matériau approprié, ou, poreux et facilement compressible. Il devra absorber les liquides et les exprimer sous pression; les substances synthétiques telles que de la mousse de polyester ou naturelle comme une éponge pourront donner de bons résultats.
La section trapézoïdale de l'élément 12 est prévue avec une base 18 suffisamment large par rapport aux autres dimensions pour éviter toute rotation autour de l'axe 14 et maintenir la surface 20 en contact avec le dos en position inclinée. Un orifice 22 est aménagé dans l'élément spongieux 12 de préférence dans le plan médian vertical.
L'axe 14 peut être fabriqué à partir de tout matériau rigide adéquat, tel que du bois, du métal ou du plastique. La longueur de cet axe est prévue pour que ses extrémités 24 et 26 sortent de l'orifice 22 pour permettre le montage des sangles 16. Ces sangles sont préférentiellement choisies dans un matériau imperméable à l'eau et suffisamment flexible pour faciliter l'utilisation et éviter un contact brutal au niveau des épaules. Chaque sangle est attachée par des moyens appropriés aux extrémités 24 et 26 de l'axe 14. On peut par exemple prévoir des rivets tel que cela est montré à la figure 1. Les extrémités de l'axe 14 sont en outre recouvertes d'un capuchon 28 dont le rôle premier est de retenir les boucles extrêmes de chaque sangle en évitant leur glissement hors de l'axe.
Ces capuchons par exemple en caoutchouc ou en matière plastique protègent également l'utilisateur du contact des arêtes vives des extrémités de l'axe.

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif destiné au lavage et au massage du dos, caractérisé par
le fait qu'il comprend un élément compressible, un support solidaire de cet élément compressible, des sangles fixées au support et adaptées pour être manoeuvrées par l'utilisateur pour imprimer à l'élément compressible un mouvement de massage.

Referring to Figures 1 and 2, it can be seen that the device for cleaning and massaging consists essentially for its active part of an element
12 of substantially trapezoidal section mounted around an axis 14 which carries belts 16 at each of its ends.
The element 12 acting as a sponge intended simultaneously for cleaning and massaging the back can be made from any suitable material, or, porous and easily compressible. It should absorb liquids and express them under pressure; synthetic substances such as polyester or natural foam such as a sponge may give good results.
The trapezoidal section of the element 12 is provided with a base 18 sufficiently wide compared to the other dimensions to avoid any rotation about the axis 14 and to maintain the surface 20 in contact with the back in an inclined position. An orifice 22 is provided in the spongy element 12, preferably in the vertical median plane.
The axle 14 can be made from any suitable rigid material, such as wood, metal or plastic. The length of this pin is provided so that its ends 24 and 26 come out of the orifice 22 to allow the mounting of the straps 16. These straps are preferably chosen from a material impermeable to water and sufficiently flexible to facilitate use and avoid rough contact at the shoulders. Each strap is attached by appropriate means to the ends 24 and 26 of the pin 14. For example, rivets can be provided as shown in FIG. 1. The ends of the pin 14 are further covered with a cap 28, the primary role of which is to retain the extreme loops of each strap while preventing them from sliding off the axis.
