Oligopeptides of formula: (where R1 is H, prolyl, (N-formyl)p-fluorophenylalanyl, p-fluorophenylalanylaspartyl (Et ester), p-fluorophenylalanylglycyl or seryl-p-fluorophenylalanyl; R2 is OH, NHNH2 or OX, where X is Me, Et or an N-linked residue derived from p-fluorophenylalanine Et ester, asparagine Et ester, lysine Et ester, leucine Et ester, lysyl-leucine Et ester, lysyl-p-fluorophenylalanine Et ester, NO2-arginyl-leucine Et ester, NO2-arginyl-p-fluorophenylalanine Et ester, or arginyl-ornithyl-m- di(2-chloroethyl)amino phenylalanyl-histidine Me ester, all amino acids being in the L-confign.) are antitumour agents which may be prepd. by standards methods.
