La présente invention a pour objet un bati pare-feu, en particulier bâti pour porte.
Il existe déjà des bâtis pare-feu en aluminium réfractaire.
Ces bâtis, utilisés uniquement dans des bâtiments industriels, présentent l'inconvénient d'être constitués de nombreux éléments qui doivent être réalisés sur mesure. Ces bâtis sont d'un prix de revient fort élevé non seulement du fait de leur structure mais également du fait des difficultés d'ajustement et

de montage nécessitant des spécialistes sur les chantiers, cs difficultés résultant souvent des imperfections et malfaçons bies connues du gros oeuvre des bâtiments.
L'invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients et de procurer un bâti pare-feu de prix peu élevé pouvant être utilisé tout aussi bien dans des immeubles d'habitation que dans des bâtiments industriels, ce bâti pare-feu, composé de pièces préfabriquées, pouvant être utilisé, sans subir d'ajustement et par des ouvriers non spécialisés, malgré les iwperfections et différences d'épaisseur des murs.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention,, le bâti comprend au moins deux pièces métalliques présentant chacune sensiblement la forme d'une cornière, Lesdites pièces étant destinées à être dispo- sées dans une baie afin qu'une aile d'une des pièces couvre partiellement une aile de l'autre pièce pour former un ébrasement, les deux autres ailes des pièces constituant des chambranles, les ailes des pièces formant l'ébrasement n'étant pas en contact, d'une part, entre elles et, d'autre part, avec la porte pour éviter l'échange thermique entre les parties constituant le bâti et entre ce dernier et la porte, une substance isolante étant placée entre ces deux dernières ailes de manière à déborder de l'aile de la pièce en saillie dans l'ébrasement afin de constituer la feuillure du bâti,

Suivant un mode de réalisation avantageux de 1 invention, le bâti comprend trois pièces dont deux présentent sensiblement la forme d'une cornière, les ailes de ces pièces destinées à cons- tituer une partie de l'ébrasement du bâti étant planes, une troi- sième pièce destinée à compléter l'ébrasement du bâti étant pliée de manière à présenter trois portions parallèles s'étendant suivant la longueur de la pièce, la portion intermédiaire étant réunie à chacune des portions extrêmes, à partir de ses bords longitudinaux, par deux portions perpendiculaires aux portions susdites, une des portions extrêmes,
la portion intermédiaire et la portion perpendiculaire qui les réunit constituant un logement pour l'extrémité d'une des ailes des deux pièces en forme de cornière destinées à constituer l'ébrasement susdit, tandis que la substance isolante précitée est immobilisée entre la portion intermédiaire et l'autre portion extrême, l'extrémité de l'aile susdite pouvant se déplacer dans le logement afin--de-permettre-le réglage de la largeur de l'ébrasement en fonction de l'épaisseur ou de l'état de finition du mur dans lequel est ménagée la baie précitée.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avantageuse de l'invention, l'extrémité de chacune des ailes susdites formant les chambranles est pliée à angle droit, le bord libre de la partie pliée venant prendre appui sur le mur dans lequel est ménagée la baie susdite.
