Chaudière à circulation totale,
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Full circulation boiler,
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The present invention relates to a full circulation boiler intended mainly for domestic use.
Most of the known boilers are made of hollow cast iron, with internal circulation of heating water. These vertically arranged hollow elements are successively assembled together so as to be on the one hand) .adjacents- and connected. to the other on certain relatively limited parts of their periphery, and on the other hand, distant and separated from each other between these parts.
By hollow elements are aligned with each other, A burner is; has in front of or in the combustion chamber which

combustion which can thus be qualified as a vertical chamber.
There are however other boilers comprising hollow steel elements forming between them a combustion chamber closed laterally as well as gas flues communicating with each other at their ends. These boilers are of the total circulation type but particularly sensitive to permanent deformations due to thermal expansion and contraction. '
The object of the present invention is a new boiler with total circulation which, thanks to its particular constituent elements, has the advantage of being substantially less bulky than the known boilers with equal heating power.
It is also that both compared to traditional boilers with hollow cast iron elements and with regard to those with hollow steel elements, the new boiler requires a useful volume of two. times smaller than that of these known boilers.
Furthermore, the boiler according to the invention offers facilities for mutual assembly of its constituent elements and facilities for cleaning and maintenance) which are more important than in the case of conventional boilers.
For this purpose, the boiler according to the invention comprises hollow cast iron elements, arranged vertically and assembled successively between to force on the one hand, by their lower parts, a chamber

of, combustion preferably -cylindrical, extending horizontally and comprising a burner ensuring the combustion of a fuel, and on the other hand, by their upper parts, gas flues also extending horizontally and traversed in zig- zag by the ascending combustion gases before their evacuation through a chimney.
Each hollow element internally forms one. complex pipe surrounding the combustion chamber and the gas flues and through which the heating water flows.
To rationalize the production in the foundry of the aforementioned hollow elements, those located between the extremities are identical.
In order to be able to be easily and quickly assembled together, the hollow elements are each provided with assembly tabs each having the
Minus a recess for accommodating a connecting bolt with one of the neighboring hollow elements. Preferably, each assembly lug of a hollow element has at least two recesses respectively receiving the assembly bolts of this element to neighboring hollow elements.
To facilitate the mutual alignment of the elements during their assembly, each of these has guide projections between which a neighboring hollow element is nested.
Advantageously, each hollow element has upper projections directed upwardly and between them form a cylindrical installation face of a boiler.

According to an interesting feature of the invention, the metal casing of the boiler, which surrounds the aforementioned hollow elements, comprises on its front face, an inspection door carrying the burner and extending at least over the entire height and over the entire length. the width of the combustion chamber and gas flues. The hollow elements 1 are secured to each other by means of assembly bolts 5. For this purpose, these hollow elements 1 each carry several upper, lower and lateral assembly lugs.

During the mutual mounting of the hollow elements 1 by means of the bolts 5, the lateral, upper and lower alignment of said elements 1 with respect to each other is' facilitated by the presence thereon of guide projections 8. In this way, each oreux element 1 can be advantageously packed between the guide projections 8 of the neighboring element and be almost automatically centered with respect to the latter ,,
