The present invention relates to a metal wire lining reinforcement intended for the support of mines and composed of a rigid frame in the form of a stirrup provided with a rigid bracing between the branches of the stirrup, the latter ending in in hooks which resist to the traction and which are intended to be adapted in the corners of the bracket of the immediately adjacent reinforcement.
By the present invention, the lining reinforcement is reinforced and its production in greater width is made possible.
According to the invention, the frame is equipped with an anchor wire or a median anchor bar located in the longitudinal axis of the stirrup, wire or anchor bar which is formed as a hook at its free end, similarly to the two ends of the legs of the caliper, and which is fixed, by its end, to the bracket of the caliper or to a cross member corresponding thereto or to a spacer between the legs of the caliper , this end being formed in a closed hook or in a loop, which serves for the suspension of the middle hook, formed by the bar or the wire, of the neighboring reinforcement.
By reinforcing the reinforcement, it is possible to give it a greater width, the wires or middle bars also forming a general chain admitting the forces, so that the forces admitted by the middle wires cannot tendency to contract the frame.
Thanks to this greater width, a lower number of reinforcements is required inside the support. Moreover, as a result of the reduction in the number of reinforcements required, time is saved during their transport.
The stirrup flange is conveniently bent internally and has, at the point of the apex of the bend angle, a round arch opposite the internal bend, which corresponds to the closed hook or to the loop formed on the wire or the middle bar and which receives this loop or closed hook. The closed hook or the loop of the bar or the middle wire has been fixed in a suitable manner, either by winding with wire or the like, on the hanger portion of the bridle.
In this way the advantage is that it is not necessary for the bar or the middle wire to protrude beyond the legs of the stirrup, since, due to the arching, the place of suspension of the middle wire is placed in a position of alignment with the corners of the caliper
The bracing wires of the reinforcement cover or advantageously and alternately uncover the bar or the middle wire
For further reinforcement of the frame, the spacer wires can each time be tied off by one or more wraps around the middle bar.
The reinforcement of the metal wire frame by the spacer mesh can also be achieved in such a way that this spacer is formed by two wires driven in zigzag fashion and having loops at the top, one of which is arranged with its loop on one branch of the stirrup and on the anchor wire and the other of which is placed with its loop on the other branch of the stirrup and on the anchor wire, the two wires being assembled simultaneously and these two threads having a reciprocal position such that their apex loops to be placed on the anchor thread form two neighboring loops, considered in the direction of the thread.
According to the invention, it is also possible to give the bar or the middle wire a larger cross section than that of the branches of the stirrup, that is to say greater strength.

The drawing shows two exemplary embodiments, shown in perspective, of the invention.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment and FIG. 2 a second.
The lining frame consists of a stirrup, the branches 1 and 2 of which end in hooks 3. There is provided in the middle, between the branches 1 and 2 and in the longitudinal axis of the lining frame, a bar or a wire 5, the free end of which is shaped into a hook 3, similarly to the two ends of the branches. The other end of the middle wire is folded into a loop or a closed hook 11, which is connected to the flange 7 of the yoke by wire windings 12. The binding can also be effected by other means. in accordance with the purpose, for example with the aid of grif- feso The bracket 7 of the stirrup is internally folded and has, in its middle, a round arch 13 adapted to the buckle 11.
In this way, three attachment points 14, 15 and 16 are obtained, aligned with respect to each other, for the hooks of a neighboring lining reinforcement.
The frame is braced by the mesh 4, the threads of which, following the embodiment of FIG. 1, cross at the thread or at the middle bar 5 and alternately cover and uncover the latter.
In accordance with FIG. 2, two spacer grids are provided in the form of zigzag wires 17 and 18. The latter are tied in loops or in closed hooks 19 at their tops. The zigzag wire 17 is arranged with its top loop 19 on the branch 1 of the stirrup and on the anchor wire 5. Simultaneously with this first, the zigzag wire 18 is placed with its top loop on the branch 2 of the yoke and on the anchor wire 50 The anchor wires have a reciprocal position such that a top loop 19 of the wire 17 is each time next to a top loop 19 of the wire 18 and this on the anchor wire 50
The loop 11 is fixed, in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, by means of claws on the round arch of the bracket of the caliper folded internally.
The wire reinforcement covers the gap between two supports. An immediately adjacent reinforcement is suspended in the hooks 3, by the corners of the stirrup from the flange 7 thereof. The wire frame is narrowed into a cone at the ends of the branches, so that the hooks 3 can fit into the corners of the yoke of the immediately adjacent frame.
