La présente invention se rapporte aux tire-bouchons et a pour but d'étendre dans une mesure appréciable leur domaine d'utilisation de manière à permettre.la création d'un ustensile convenant non seulement pour l'extraction d'un bouchon mais aussi comme outil de décapsulage et même d'enlèvement de couvercles, comme par exemple ceux recouvrant les pots de confiture.
En vue de la réalisation de ce but, le tire bouchon objet de l'invention est caractérisé essentiellement en ce que la boite inférieure est conformée de manière à donner naissance à un cadre en substance rectangulaire délimitant une ouverture dont les dimensions et le contour sont choisis afin que l'ustensile puisse être utilisé également pour les applications et les utilisations supplémentaires énoncées ci-dessus.

Sur la figure 1 des dessins ci-joints, on a représenté un tire-bouchon du commerce, comprenant comme d'habitude la boite inférieure 1 faisant partie du châssis 7 la. poignée de manoeuvre 17 et la vis de levage 18 suivant l'invention cette boite inférieure est con- formée de manière à donner naissance à un cadre en substance, rectangulaire délimitant une ouverture 19 dont les dimensions et le contour sont choisis de telle manière quelle puisse in- tervenir pour l'enlèvement d.'une capsule obturant, une bouteille ou pour celui d'un couvercle métallique fermant par exemple un pot de confiture.

Le long de son bord inférieur, le cadre 20 est taille en biseau' en donnant naissance; à une arête 21 dirigée obliquement vers le haut ; une arête oblique 22 en biseau dirigée; vers le bas est également prévue le long du bord supérieur de ce. cadre*
Lors de l'utilisation pour le décapsulage le tire- bouchon est tenu dans la position inclinée, vars le bas représentée par la figure 3 avec les montants du châssis utilisés comme poignée de soulèvement du dispositif décapsulateur et couverture 19 est engagéesur la capsule de telle manière que (fig.3) l'arête 22 prenne sous le rebord de la capsule et que l'arête 21 prenne appui sur la face supérieure de la capsule.
Une caractéristique importante est que les biseaux 21 et 22 sont parallèles entre eux et aussi au plateau.et à la base du couvercle à ouvrir et d'autre part. qu'une échancrure 23 est formée à chacune des extrémités de la partie courbe de la base 1 à l'emplacement où elle rejoint le cadre rectangulaire.
Ces échancrures ont leurs bords supérieurs et inférieurs parallèles au plateau et à la base du couvercle et sont fermées par une perpendiculaire commune aux deux bords , comme il apparaît à la figure 5
Cette disposition assure ainsi un bon appui sur la cap- sule (fig.4) mais permet en outre un parfait engagement de l'outil sur un organe de fermeture de diamètre si grand soit-il comme par exemple une capsule de fermeture d'un pot de confiture, les deux perpendiculaires des échancrures étant situées sur un plan tangen- tiel à la base d'un couvercle rond quelconque.
La disposition objet de l'invention convient également dans le cas d'un ouvre-champagne notamment celui tel que décrit et représenté dans le brevet belge 526.649 du 20 février 1954 (rattaché comme brevet de perfectionnement au brevet 511,591
Sur les figures 6 à 9 on a représenté un tel ouvre- champagne comprenant la boite inférieure 1 ouverte latéralement,

le châssis 7, les mâchoires 8, la pièce 9 munie des faces planes 10 situées au-dessus des faces planes supérieures des mâchoires 8, les pattes 11 entre lesquelles se trouve la molette 12 commandant le déplacement des mâchoires 8 sur la tige filetée 13 munie de pas de vis en sens inverse.
On a représenté également la-poignée 17 et la vis de levage 18.
Tout comme dans le cas des figures 1 à 5 la boîte inférieure est munie d'une ouverture 19 dont les dimensions et le, contour ont été choisis pour lui permettre d'intervenir en vue de l'ouverture d'une bouteille ou d'un flacon obturé par une capsule comme dans le cas des bouteilles contenant'de la bière, de l'eau minérale etc...
Le mode d'emploi (fig. 7) est le même que dans le cas des figures la?.
Une bonne prise sous la capsule demande aussi que la lèvre inférieure 21 soit rectiligne voire même légèrement incurvée pour mieux s'adapter,à la courbe du goulot de la bouteille.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. Tire-bouchon comprenant une boite inférieure faisant partie d'un châssis, une poignée et une vis de levage caractérisé en ce que la boîte inférieure est conformée de manière à donner naissance à un cadre en substance rectangulaire délimitant une ouverture dont les dimensions et le contour sont choisis afin que l'ustensile puisse être utilisé pour le décapsulage d'une bouteille ou pour l'enlèvement de tout élément de fermeture, par exemple d'un couvercle de pot de confiture.
