Ces perfectionnements se rapportent à de telles étiquettes de forme et de dimensions appropriées exécutées en une matière à la fois relativement souple et suffisamment rigide pour que les deux lèpres d'une incision se maintiennent parfaitement juxtaposées et ils consistent à pratiquer un orifice à proximité du bord périphérique de l'étiquette et à produire,entre ledit orifice et ledit bord périphérique de l'étiquette,
une incision telle que les deux lèvres bordant celle-ci soient correctement juxtaposées et se maintiennent normalement dans cette positiono
L'orifice disposé à proximité du bord périphérique de l'étiquet- te peut présenter des formes et dimensions essentiellement variables et l'incision peut, par rapport audit bord périphérique de l'étiquette, être différemment orientéeo
Cette solution;, de caractère général, peut être appliquée dans un grand nombre de caso Néanmoins, pour certaines applications, il est souhaitable que l'étiquette puisse être maintenue plus ou moins dans sa position initiale. Il est donc intéressant d'empêcher, respectivement de limiter, son glissement le long de l'élément filiforme qui la rattache à l'emballage.
Les présents perfectionnements concernent surtout une amélioration à l'objet du brevet principal en vue d'empêcher ou de limiter le mouvement de glissement de l'étiquette le long de son élément filiforme. A cet effet? conformément aux présents perfectionnementsl'orifice est conditionné de manière à présenter à l'élément filiforme soit un effet de freinage, soit un effet de pression ou de pincement.
. Les effets de freinage-seront généralement produits par des orifices à contour complexe, tandis que les effets de pression, respectivement de pincement,seront généralement produits par des incisions ou des rétrécissements locaux des bords délimitant l'orifice.
De telles conformations complexes ou de tels rétrécissements 9 in- cisions ou dispositions analogues peuvent être réalisées dans des formes infiniment variables.
C'est donc à titre purement indicatif que quelques exécutions sont représentées aux figures 9 à 19 des dessins annexés:,dans lesquelles on retrouve;, partiellement représentés, l'étiquette 1, l'orifice 2, et l'incision 3.
Dans les figures 9 à 13, on a représenté des orifices 2 dont le contour est complexe et susceptible de déterminer;, sur l'élément filiforme, des effets de freinage.
Dans les figures 14 à 16, on a représenté, en coopération avec l'orifice 2 de forme essentiellement variable, au moins une incision complémentaire 6 débouchant dans ledit orifice ¯2 et susceptible, par conséquent, d'exercer, sur l'élément filiforme, un effet de pression, de serrage,de pincement ou un effort similaireo
Dans la figure 17, on a représenté un cas particulier dans lequel 1 incision 3 est prolongée et coopère avec une incision transversale 6.
Dans les figures 18 et 19, l'incision 3 est non rectiligne afin de produire un effet de crochet empêchant le retrait intempestif de l'élément filiforme même si une traction est exercée sur l'étiquette.
