La présente invention a pour objet un toit ouvrant immédiatement adaptable sur voiture automobile 2 cv. Citroën, à la place de là capote usuelle, sans nécessiter aucun perce- ment.
A cet effet, le toit ouvrant suivant la présente invention, est constitué de deux éléments distincts :un élé- ment destiné à être fixé à demeure, bien que facilement démon- table, à la traverse intermédiaire et à la traverse arrière de la caisse, en utilisant-les trous qu'elles comportent, appuyé latéralement sur les retours en équerre bordant la partie su- périeure des panneaux latéraux de la caisse et fixé sur ces retours par des 'dispositifs appropriés, et un élément mobile, constituant à proprement parler le toit ouvrant, dont l'arrière est accroché à la partie avant de la partie fixe précitée, et dont l'avant est fixé à la traverse supérieure de l'encadrement de la baie du pare-brise,

La voiture 2 CV représentée comporte, de la façon usuelle, deux panneaux latéraux 1 qui sont reliés à la par tie avant -par l'encadrement 2 de la baie de pare-brise 3, dans la partie médiane par la.traverse intermédiaire 4 et dans la partie arrière par la traverse arrière 5;. la partie fixe du toit ouvrant comporte, outre la malle arrière 6 et la. fenêtre. 7, avec son encadrement en caoutchouc 8 qu'on retrouve dans certains. modèles connus, un panneau fixe 9

muni. tant à la partie avant qu'à la partie arrière, d'équer- res 10 et 11, susceptibles d'être fixées au moyen de vis ap- propriéea 34 dans les trous des traverses intermédiaires 4 et arrières 5 de la voiture ;
ce panneau 9 comporte en autre laté- ralement, de chaque côté, des bords arrondis 12 susceptibles de s'appuyer sur la partie arrondie 13 précédant le r etour en équerre 14 bordant la partie supérieure de chacun des pan- neaux latéraux 1; en outre, ce panneau comporte, de chaque côté, deux dispositif s destinés à empêcher qu'il puisse se sou- lever inopinément ; cesdispositifs peuvent être constitués par des lames métalliques 35, formant crochets ayant préf éra- blement une certaine élasticité, quedes têtes de vis 15, se vissant dans des blocs taraudés 16, solidaires du panneau 9, permettent de serrer contre l'élément de renforcement 17 que comporte la partie supérieure de chaque panneau latéral.
Pour la mise en place de ce panneau 9, on utilise des trous d e r epérage prévus dans les bords arrondis 12 des- dits panneaux qu'on fait coincider avec des trous existant dans la partie arrondie 13 des bords supérieurs des panneaux latéraux et on y engage des vis qui entêté schématiquement représentées en 36 sur la. figure 1; la fixation est ensuite aisée.
Une gouttière 37 inclinée dans les deux sens depuis sa partie centrale jusqu'à chacun deces bords, est prévue au-dessous de l'articulation du couvercle de la malle et assu- re l'étanchéité de c ette d ernière.
Le panneau 9 est complété à l'avant par une partie 18 recourbée à 1800 dont l'extrémité est noyée dans une bande transversale encaoutchouc 19.

Pour retirer le panneau mobile du toitouvrant, il suffit par conséquent d'agir sur le levi er 30 et de décrocher la patte 28 du crochet 26 ; en le ramenant ensuite légèrement en arrière on peut dégager sa partie arrière arrondie encro- chet 21 de labande de caoutchouc 19, et le libérer entière- ment ; il peut alors "être rangé dans la malle arrière. Son montage se fait par l'opération inverse. tuant à. la partie fixe du toit o uvrant, elle pourrai éventuellement être démontée sans plus de difficulté, endé- vissantd'abord les vis 34 qui fixent les cornières 10 et 11 auxtraverses intermédiaires 4 et arrières 5 de la. caisse. puis en dévissant les quatre via 15 de façon à dégager les crochets 35.
