L'invention vise particulièrement, bien que non exclusivement, la réalisation d'une ceinture ou gaine de ce genre, ne dépassant pas la taille, dans laquelle la partie avant, destinée au maintien de l'adbomen, est constituée par des pièces de tissu dont le sens de non-extensibilité ou de faible extensibilité est disposé horizontalement, les pièces constituant cette partie avant étant réunies directement ou indirectement à une partie arrière dont la ou les pièces constitutives ont leur sens d'extensibilité disposé horizontalement.
