L'invention concerne les pou-belles et plus spécialement un dispositif de verrouillage du couvercle en position de ferme- ture.
Le but essentiel de l'invention est d'assurer l'enclenche .ment en position fermée dudit couvercle pendant ses manutentions lorsqu'il est manipulé normalement par l'anse traversant diamé- tralement ledit couvercle.
Un autre but de l'invention est de combiner ledit moyen d'enclenchement et ladite anse de manutention en vue de faire' dépendre la position active ou effacée du dispositif d'enclenche- ment de la position ad hoc de l'anse.

D'autre part, dans lecas d'une poubelle très lourdement remplie, la grande largeur de @ ladite anse permet son transport par deux personnes.
Ces différents buts sont atteints par le fait que l'anse . traversant diamétralement le couvercle parallèlement à l'axe d'articulation de celui-ci est conditionnée de manière à présen- ter des butées d'enclenchement capables de coopérer avec des éléments d'accrochage solidaires de la poubelle et traversant le couvercle, cette combinaison étant telle que, lorsque l'anse est en position de repos, c'est-à-dire abaissée, la butée d'en- clenchement se trouve automatiquement écartée des éléments d'ac- crochage tandis que, lorsque l'anse se trouve en position acti- ve, c'est-à-dire en position redressée, le couvercle se trouve automatiquement enclenché par le fait que les butées coopèrent avec les éléments d'accrochage de la poubelle.
On obtient qu'ainsi, normalement, le couvercle est libéré de son dispositif de fermeture et peut être ouvert par simple traction exercée, par exemple, sur sa partie antérieure pourvue, à cet effet, d'une languette appropriée. On obtient aussi que, par le simple geste de saisir la poubelle normalement par son anse de manutention, on provoque automatiquement et quasi instan- tanément la solidarisation, respectivement l'enclenchement du 'couvercle sur la poubelle.
La conception de l'invention peut être appliquée sous des formes extrêmement variables en raison des nombreuses variantes susceptibles d'être envisagées dans la conception et l'exécution des butées et des éléments d'accrochage, ainsi que dans la position relative des différents organes constitutifs des moyens, objets de l'invention.

dessins annexés dans lesquels : les figures 1 et 2 schématisent aussi sommairement que possible les caractéristiques essentielles, objets de l'intention;. la figure 3 représente, en vue perspective, une application pratique, le couvercle étant représenté en'position libre ; la figure 4 représente, en vue perspective, une application pratique, le couvercle étant représenté en position enclenchée.
Selon l'invention, cette exécution comporte la poubelle proprement dite 1 surmontée du couvercle 2 articulé autour de l'axe 3. Sur le bord supérieur de la poubelle, sont soudés deux crochets 4-5 semblables et diamétralement opposés. En aplomb de ces deux crochets, le couvercle 2 présente des ouvertures, respectivement 6-7. En regard de chaque ouverture, à une légère ,distance de celles-ci, le couvercle porte deux petits coussinets très sommaires, respectivement 8-9. L'anse est, en l'occurrence , constituée par une tige 10 semblablement repliée vers ses deux bouts de manière à présenter deux tronçons inclinés 11-12, deux petits montants 13-14 perpendiculaires à ladite tige 10 et deux bouts 15-16 redressés vers l'extérieur pour former butées d'en- clenchement.
Les petits montants 13-14 comportent, vers l'intérieur, mutuellement opposés et disposés sur le même axe longitudinal, des tourillons 19-18,normalement engagés dans les coussinets sommaires susdits, respectivement Vers l'avant, le couvercle porte une patte saillante 19.
Dans la position représentée à la figure 3, l'anse 10-18 est en position de repos, la tige centrale 10 portant sur le couvercle proprement dit et les deux butées d'enclenchement 15-16 étant dégagées de leur crochet respectif 4-5. Dans cette position, on peut normalement ouvrir le couvercle 2 par une simple trac- tion exercée sur la patte ad hoc 19. Lorsque l'anse 10-18 est normalement saisie pour manutentionner la poubelle, elle tourne autour de ses tourillons 17-18 en sorte que les butées 15-le vien- nent se placer dans leur crochet respectif 4-5 enclenchant ainsi

automatiquement et instantanément le couvercle 2 à la poubelle 1.
L'invention s'étend à'toute exécution généralement quel- conque de la combinaison en soi entre le couvercle, la poubelle et un dispositif dj'enclenchement duquel participe l'anse.

1.- Dispositif.de verrouillage d'un couvercle de poubelle, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste en un moyen d'accrochage entre la combinaison de l'anse dament profiléeà cet effet et des éléments d'accrochage solidaires de la poubelle.
