La présente invention a pour but de produire un écoulement en doses régulières fractionnées de produits divers..
Elle consiste en une paroi diaphragme ou couvercle d'un récipient contenant le dit produit.
Ce couvercle, d'une certaine épaisseur, (selon la dose requise) est percé sur son bord d'un orifice, et à son centre d'un trou servant de logement à un axe solidaire d'une plaque obturatrice extérieure portant un trou de même grandeur que le trou du couvercle et en même temps d'une autre plaque intérieure (cette plaque portant une arête tranchante pour couper l'excédent du produit.
Ces deux obturateurs, sont fixés sur leur axe commun de fa- çon à ce que le trou fixe du couvercle soit fermé à l'extérieur et découvert à l'intérieur du récipient pour laisser passage au produit dans le trou du couvercle, et le remplisse.
La rotation inverse du levier provoque la fermeture intérieure et l'ouverture de la plaque extérieure laissant écouler le produit. A noter que la course des obturateurs est suffisante pour que l'un des obturateurs soit fermé entièrement lorsque l'autre commence à s'ouvrir et ainsi la totalité du produit se trouve toujours à l'abri d'écoulements )intempestifs et de contacts extérieurs.
APPLICATIONS : Distribution par doses pour appareils ménagers et divers de sous produits tels que sucre en granulé, thé, café, épices liqueurs etc...
