DISPOSITIF DE CONNEXION ELECTRIQUE ET SON PROCEDE DE FABRICATION.
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de connexion électrique, tel que fiche à deux ou plusieurs broches, prise volante, connecteur pour appareil de chauffage, etc., comportant un revêtement extérieur en -une matière thermodurcissable.
Des dispositifs de connexion électrique de ce genre sont connus, notamment selon le brevet belge 515.450.
La présente invention a essentiellement pour but de prévoir un dispositif de connexion électrique pouvant être fabriqué à un prix de revient moins élevé.
A cet effet, le revêtement selon l'invention est exécuté en au moins deux pièces fixées ensemble-par collage.
Dans une forme de réalisation avantageuse de l'invention, au moins une partie des conducteurs reliant les broches au câble proprement dit est enrobée de colle.
L'invention concerne également le procédé de fabrication du dispositif de connexion électrique prédéterminé.
Selon ce procédé on relie les extrémités des conducteurs aux broches, après quoi l'ensemble est emprisonné entre les parties d'un revêtement extérieur qu'on colle ensemble.

La figure 1 est une vue en coupe d'une fiche à deux broches, réalisée suivant l'invention.

Le câble 1 est dénudé à son extrémité de manière qu'apparaissent les conducteurs 2, qui sont introduits dans les broches 3 et soudés à celles-ci, ou fixés par écrasement ou tout autre moyen, en 4. On fabrique, d'autre part, en une matière thermodurcissable, les deux parties qui sont destinées à former le revêtement extérieur. L'ensemble formé par l'extrémité du câble 1, par les conducteurs 2 et les parties des broches 3 adjacentes aux conducteurs est emprisonné entre les parties 5 et 6 du revêtement, qui sont collées ensemble selon le joint 7. Les conducteurs 2 se trouvant entre les broches 3 et le câble proprement dit 1 peuvent être enrobés de la même colle utilisée pour le collage des pièces 5 et 6 formant le revêtement.
Par rapport au dispositif de connexion selon le brevet belge 515.450, le dispositif selon la présente demande de brevet présente l'avantage de combiner les coquilles prévues et le revêtement extérieur. Le procédé de fabrication selon la présente demande de brevet ne comporte plus de surmoulage, ce qui constitue toujours une phase de fabrication assez dé- licate o
On constate,d'autre part, que tous les avanteges du dispositif selon le brevet belge 515.450 sont maintenus. On est notamment certain que le câble 1 est bien serré entre les coquilles 5 et 6 formant le revêtement extérieur en une matière thermodurcissable.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée à la forme d'exécution décrite ci-avant et que bien des modifications peuvent y être apportées notamment quant au nombre, à la forme, à la constitution et à la disposition des éléments intervenant dans sa réalisation, sans sortir du cadre de la présente demande de brevet.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. - Dispositif de connexion électrique, tel que fiche à deux ou plusieurs broches, prise volante, connecteur pour appareil de chauffage, etc., comportant un revêtement extérieur en une matière thermodurcissable, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement est exécuté en au moins deux pièces fixées ensemble par collage.

The object of the present invention is essentially to provide an electrical connection device which can be manufactured at a lower cost price.
