SOUPES ET POTAGES. 



   La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil pulvérisateur destiné en ordre principal à la préparation des soupes et potages et en général à la pulvérisation de produits en suspension dans un liquide. Elle a pour but principal de réaliser un appareil portatif qui puisse être main- tenu sans support particulier et simplement à la main à la hauteur désirée dans un récipient contenant le mélange à traitero 
En vue de la réalisation de ce but l'appareil objet de l'invention qui est du type comprenant un arbre vertical portant à son extrémité inférieure une hélice ou un autre organe est caractérisé essentiellement en ce que l'hélice est entourée par un anneau qui fait partie d'un ensemble fi- xe à l'intérieur duquel l'arbre peut tourner et qui porte sur une petite partie de sa périphérie une lèvre prévue vers le bas de telle sorte qu'il suffise de 

  faire reposer cette lèvre sur le fond d'un récipient pour obtenir que l'appareil puisse être maintenu simplement à la main à la hauteur appro- priée en vue d'un bon fonctionnement. 



   D'autres caractéristiques importantes de l'appareil ressortiront de la description relative à un exemple de réalisation qui sera donné à titre non limitatif en se référant aux dessins dans lesquels.-

   Ainsi que cela ressort des dessins annexés, l'appareil objet de l'invention comprend un arbre vertical 1 qui est relié à l'arbre 2 d'un moteur électrique 3 par un manchon 4 qui peut être par exemple en matière iso-   lanteo

 re isolante munie d'une poignée 6 à travers laquelle passent les fils d'arrivée du courant et d'un bouton 7 de commande. 



   L'arbre vertical s'étend à l'intérieur d'un tube 8 solidaire de l'enveloppe 5 du moteur est guidé à son extrémité par un coussinet 9 logé dans une gaine 10 solidaire du tube 8 ayant un diamètre inférieur à celui de ce dernier et y relié par un épanouissement llo
L'hélice 12 portée par l'arbre 1 est serrée contre un épaulement de l'extrémité de l'arbre 1 au moyen d'un écrou 13. 



   Grâce à la présence du prolongement 10,on empêche toute entrée de liquide à l'intérieur du tube 8 et l'on évite que certaines parties solides du mélange (fibres et filets de légumes) s'enroulent autour de l'arbre   1.   



   Une caractéristique importante de l'appareil est que l'hélice 12 qui peut ne comporter que deux pales seulement tourne avec un faible jjeu à l'intérieur d'un anneau fixe 14 qui est solidaire d'un prolongement 15 en forme de demi-cercle de la pièce tubulaire 8 et constituant autour de la gaine 10 une surface directrice pour le mélange liquideo
L'anneau   14   qui protège convenablement l'hélice 12 porte sur une petite partie de sa périphérie une lèvre 16 qui est prévue vers le bas de telle sorte que en tenant l'appareil par la poignée 6 il suffit de faire reposer cette saillie sur le fond 17 pour obtenir qu'il soit toujours à la hauteur lameilleure en vue d'un bon   fonctionnemento  
L'appareil ne nécessite donc plus de support sur la marmite et est rendu aisément   portatifo  
Lors du fonctionnement,

   l'hélice agit à la façon de la roue hélicoïdale d'un ventilateur ou d'une pompe dans son enveloppe circulaire en créant une aspiration   obligeant   le mélange guidé par la surface 15 à traverser l'hélice comme représenté par les flèches F et à se faire pulvériser. 



   La lèvre ou saillie 16 doit être disposée de manière à assurer une évacuation aisée du liquide ayant traversé l'hélice tout en évitant une giration ou un tourbillonnement de toute la massée
Suivant la capacité du récipient et par conséquent l'importance du volume du liquide à travailler, on peut faire varier les dimensions des divers éléments constitutifs, l'appareil pouvant convenir depuis les plus petits jusqu'aux plus grands volumes. 



   REVENDICATIONS. 



   1. - Appareil pulvérisateur destiné en ordre principal à la préparation des soupes et potages et en général à la pulvérisation de produits en suspension dans un liquide comprenant un arbre vertical (1) portant à son extrémité inférieure une hélice (12) ou un autre organe tranchant   caracté-   risé en ce que l'hélice est entourée par un anneau (14) qui fait partie d'un ensemble fixe à l'intérieur duquel l'arbre peut tourner et qui porte sur une petite partie de sa périphérie une lèvre (16) prévue vers le bas de telle sorte qu'il suffise de faire reposer cette lèvre sur le fond d'un récipient pour obtenir que l'appareil puisse être maintenu simplement à la main à la hauteur appropriée en vue d'un bon fonctionnement.

   As emerges from the accompanying drawings, the apparatus which is the subject of the invention comprises a vertical shaft 1 which is connected to the shaft 2 of an electric motor 3 by a sleeve 4 which may for example be made of insulating material.

During operation,

   the propeller acts like the helical wheel of a fan or a pump in its circular envelope by creating a suction forcing the mixture guided by the surface 15 to pass through the propeller as shown by the arrows F and to spray.



   The lip or projection 16 must be arranged so as to ensure easy evacuation of the liquid which has passed through the propeller while avoiding a gyration or swirling of the entire mass.
Depending on the capacity of the container and therefore the size of the volume of the liquid to be worked, the dimensions of the various constituent elements can be varied, the apparatus being suitable from the smallest to the largest volumes.



   CLAIMS.
