La présente invention a nour objet un bettpur électrioue portatif de ménage permettant, sens peine et avec rapidité, la con- fection des crèmes, mayonnaises et autres apécialités culinaires, dont l'obtention à l'aide de fouet ou de batteur mésanique est lon- gue et pénible.
La caractéristique de l'apparail réside essentiellement dans le fait ou'il est portatif et peut être déplacé à volonté en cours de fonctionnement den3 le récipient oui contient les denrées à traiter, telles que par exemple des blancs d'oeuf seule ou mélan- gésà de l'huile ou autres produite comestibles.
L'appareil dont il s'agit est essentiellement formé d'un moteur électrique muni d'une poignée de manoeuvre à contacteur é- lectrique et pourvu d'un réducteur inférieur entraînemtn à deux vi- tessesdifférentes deux brochessur chacune desquelles peut être fixée la douille d'un phraseur.
