On connaît un récipient d'emballage, destiné à contenir divers produits d'usage courant , qui se.compose d'un cylindre en métal léger avec fond et dont l'enveloppe et le fond sont fabriqués en une pièce, de préfé- rence avec paroi mince, par un procédé d'emboutissage en continu. Un tel récipient ou enveloppe d'emballage est par exemple destiné à contenir des denrées alimentaires, telles que café, thé peut également servir à contenir d'autres objets nécessitant une bonne étanchéité, par exemple des films en bobine devant être employés dans les pays chauds.
Au maintien d'une fermeture, par exemple d'une capsule, sur le récipient sert une rainure formée, du côté de l'ouverture, dans l'enve- loppe du récipient, rainure sous le bord supérieur de laquelle s'engage la fermeture. Un disque d'étanchéité placé entre le récipi-ent et la fermeture- assure l'étanchéité parfaite du récipient d'emballage. Pour éviter que le goût du contenu du récipient ne soit altéré au travers du disque d'étan- chéité et pour empêcher une corrosion de la fermeture, le disque est,vers l'intérieur du récipient, couvert d'une feuille d'une matière indifférente au produit contenu.
Selon l'invention, on crée, pour le récipient, une fermeture prévue pour ne pas pouvoir servir à refermer le récipient, de sorte qu'il est impossible qu'après ouverture, un récipient chargé de son contenu, en particulier du genre précité, puisse être refermé. De cette manière, le consommateur a l'assurance que le récipient renferme son contenu, inaltéré ou non falsifié. D'autres avantages de l'objet de l'invention apparaîtront dans la suite de la description.

Suivant l'invention, la partie du bord de la fermeture qui est parallèle à une capsule pourvue d'un disque d'étanchéité n'entoure celle-ci qu'au dessus de sa face d'appui sur le bord de l'ouverture ; en cet endroit ou se créé l'étanchéité proprement dite entre le disque d'étanchéité et l'anneau de fermeture, est donc garantie une obturation impeccable. Cette fermeture porte en outre une patte à arracher qui, lors du non-emploi, est parallèle à la capsule et s'applique donc pratiquement sur celle-ci. Cette patte à arracher est, dans sa partie s'étendant dans la bague de fermetu- re, limitée par des lignes d'affaiblissement ou d'amincissement. Ceci assu- re un déchirement facile.
Pour rendre l'ouverture plus aisée encore, il s' est avéré avantageux de prévoir encore, en regard de la patte à arracher, une ligne d'affaiblissement au moins, dans la bague.
Cette conformation de la fermeture donne la possibilité de rendre visible vers l'extérieur le côté supérieur de la capsule, entre la partie de préhension de la patte, qui peut avoir toute forme convenable, et le bord supérieur de la bague de fermeture. Ceci assure la possibilité de former, de la capsule ou d'une feuille se trouvant entre elle et la ba- gue de fermeture, un support pour une inscription publicitaire, qui soit visible dans l'espace libre existant entre la partie de préhension en vue de l'arrachement et la bague de fermeture. Dans une réalisation particuliè - re de cette idée inventive, la partie de préhension de la fermeture est circulaire et disposée concentriquement par rapport à la bague de fermeture.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente un exemple de réalisation de 1' invention.
La figure 1 montre un récipient ou enveloppe d'emballage pour- vu de la fermeture conforme à l'invention, partiellement en coupe et par- tiellement en élévation.
La figure 2 montre la capsule, en partie en coupe.
La figure 3 montre le récipient d'emballage non fermé, partiel- lement en coupe.
La figure 4 montre la bague de fermeture, partiellement en cou- pe.
La figure 5 est une vue de dessus correspondant à celle de la figure 4.
Aux dessins, 1 désigne le récipient ou enveloppe d'emballage , fait en un alliage de métaux légers. Il est fabriqué d'une seule pièce avec son fond 2, par un procédé d'emboutissage en continu, et a une paroi mince. A proximité de 1-'ouverture 3, il est prévu une rainée 4. Le bord supérieur 5 de l'ouverture 3 est rentrant, comme le montrentclairement les figures 1 et 3.
En vue de l'obturation de l'ouverture 3,on coiffe la partie supérieure qui la présente, de la capsule 6, représentée à la figure 2, qui, intérieurement, porte le disque de carton-feutre 7 couvert d'une feuil- le. Le récipient d'emballage est ainsi fermé. Pour le rendre, d'une part, propre à l'expédition de façon que la fermeture ne puisse se détacher et pour offrir, d'autre part, la garantie que le récipient ne sera pas ouvert sans autorisation et refermés on place sur la capsule elle-même,la bague de fermeture 8 (figure 4), dont le bord portant 9 est tiré et engagé dans la rainure 4. Cette bague de fermeture présente, parallèle à la capsule 6, une partie annulaire 10, qui presse, au moins au-dessus du bord 5 de 1' ouverture 3, la capsule de fermeture 6 et, par suite, le disque d'étanchéité 7. Ceci est représenté à la figure 1.
Cette bague de fermeture porte la patte à arracher 11, avec la partie de préhension 12 ; la patte 11, sur son passage dans la bague, est limitée par les lignes d'affaiblissement 13 et 14. Il est seulement prévu une ligne d'affaiblissement 15 en regard de la patte 11.

Comme le montre la figure 5, la partie de préhension 12 de la patte 11 a un diamètre plus petit que la découpure de la partie annulaire 10, si bien gu'il apparaît une partie de la capsule 6 propre à porter une inscription publicitaire ou toute autre indication.

Fermeture pour récipient d'emballage se composant d'un cy- lindre en métal léger, avec fond, et dont l'enveloppe présente, du côté de son ouverture, une rainure servant à maintenir une fermeture, en métal, matière synthétique ou analogue, s'engageant au moins sous le bord supé- rieur de la rainure, caractérisée en ce que le bord de la fermeture en- toure, comme un anneau, une capsule pourvue d'un disque d'étanchéité, uni- quement au-dessus de sa face d'appui sur le bord de l'ouverture, et porte une patte destinée à être arrachée, qui, lors de la non-utilisation, est parallèle au disque d'étanchéité et dont la partie passant par la bague est limitée par des lignes d'affaiblissement.

According to the invention, the part of the edge of the closure which is parallel to a capsule provided with a sealing disc only surrounds the latter above its bearing face on the edge of the opening; in this place where the actual seal is created between the sealing disc and the closing ring, an impeccable sealing is therefore guaranteed. This closure also carries a tear-off tab which, when not in use, is parallel to the capsule and therefore practically applies to the latter. This tear-off tab is, in its part extending into the closure ring, limited by lines of weakness or thinning. This ensures easy tearing.
To make opening even easier, it has proved to be advantageous to further provide, opposite the tab to be torn off, at least one line of weakness in the ring.
This configuration of the closure gives the possibility of making the upper side of the capsule visible towards the outside, between the gripping part of the tab, which can have any suitable shape, and the upper edge of the closure ring. This ensures the possibility of forming, of the capsule or of a sheet lying between it and the closure ring, a support for an advertising inscription, which is visible in the free space existing between the gripping part in view. pullout and the locking ring. It is manufactured in one piece with its bottom 2, by a continuous stamping process, and has a thin wall. Near 1-'ouverture 3, there is provided a groove 4. The upper edge 5 of the opening 3 is re-entrant, as clearly shown in Figures 1 and 3.
With a view to closing the opening 3, the upper part which presents it is capped with the capsule 6, shown in FIG. 2, which, internally, carries the felt cardboard disc 7 covered with a foil. the.
