HYDRAULIC LIFTING DEVICE FOR TRUCK TIPPER.
Some motor trucks are equipped with a dump body to facilitate unloading. The body having the appearance of a body is articulated to the chassis of the truck and is lifted by the force produced in front of the articulation. To produce this force, a hydraulic device is used in particular in which a piston is subjected to the action of a fluid, generally oil sent under pressure into the cylinder housing the piston. The known systems of this type are quite bulky, that is to say that their installation is not always easy because spacers, rods or rods of the frame often interfere with the movement of certain parts of the lifting device. This is why it is necessary to raise the bucket to provide sufficient space under it to accommodate the device.
This elevation has drawbacks- ..
The object of the present invention is a hydraulic lifting piston device for a tipper body which does not require any elevation, the various moving parts being entirely housed in the space situated between the auxiliary frame mounted on the truck frame and the frame supporting the dumpster.
According to a particular feature of the invention, the piston producing the lifting force ends with a rod carrying a transverse bar on which is articulated a means of transmitting the force, the movements of which are guided by means integral with the. auxiliary frame attached to the main frame of the truck. The means of transmission of the force constituted by pivoting arms on the bar and on the bucket as well as the guide means formed by the pivoting arms on the former and on the frame, as well as the cylinder and its piston , are placed between the side members of the auxiliary frame. The arms articulated to the body and to the chassis pivot on a transverse strut fixed between the side members.
Other particularities may appear in the following description of the appended figure which shows, by way of example only, one embodiment of the invention.
The figure is a partial schematic view, in perspective, my-

trant a device according to the invention.
In the figure, only the part of the truck that is necessary for understanding the invention has been shown. On the side members 2 of the chassis of the truck, partially shown .. an auxiliary chassis 4 is fixed by any means and such as, for example, by brackets 3. '
At the rear of the auxiliary frame 4, the bucket, the support frame of which appears partially at 5, is mounted on hinges 5 'in known manner. At the front of the frame is fixed the pump 6 which can rotate around its fixing point not shown.,
According to the invention, between the side members of the auxiliary frame 4 is fixed a spacer 4 '.
On this spacer 4 'are articulated the arms 7, the other ends of which pivot at 8 on the arms 9 pivotally connected to the spacer 10 integral with the side members of the support frame of the bucket. The arms 9 are mounted so as to be able to rotate on the bar II carried by the end of the rod 12 of the piston housed in the "pump 6. It can be seen that the device according to the invention does not require any heightening of the piston. the bucket because the rectilinear arms that compose it fit easily in the space between the auxiliary frame and the support frame of the bucket.
