<EMI ID=7.1>

<EMI ID=17.1>

INSULATION PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHODS AND EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to a new insulating panel and the methods of manufacturing such a panel. It aims in particular, with one tab, at particular methods of implementing said methods in their application to the on-site manufacture of construction elements , for example
<EMI ID = 1.1>
the space between the two-walls of the panel and is arranged at the periphery, leaving most of said space empty.
In the attached drawing, we. represented quite

According to the embodiment of the invention shown in
<EMI ID = 6.1>
manufactured based on a joist or on slabs, the floor is made on site as follows
<EMI ID = 7.1>
either a metal plate (made of anodically oxidized aluminum, for example) having stamped parts, pierced or not (like the plate 20 described and shown in the first addition); or better, with double embossing (like the plate 87 described and shown in the fourth addition), or a thin slab of plaster or other suitable material comprising perforations.
The plate 87 rests, by those of its stamped parts which face downwards, on the formwork 133.
To maintain the plate 87 in the finished floor, there are provided sealing rods 135 which can be fixed by their lower end on the plate by any means, whatever and, for example, by welding or else include a frustoconical head 136 s' matching those of the stamped parts of the plate which face upwards, as shown in figs 1 and 2. The head 136 may be in one piece with the sealing rod 135 or else be constituted by a separate part in which the rod is threaded, said part being advantageously made of elastic material such as rubber.
On the plate 87 are placed strands or cords 137 of material
<EMI ID = 8.1>
tive or be more or less distant from each other.
Preferably, but not necessarily, the rods 135 pass through the insulating material, as shown in the drawing, so that they do not transmit vibrations. When the head 136 is made of an elastic material, this arrangement contributes to the damping of vibrations. An insulating material by its very nature can also be used for the sealing rods 135.
Once the plate 87 and the insulating material 137 in place on the formwork, there is, if necessary, reinforcing bars (not shown) and a layer 138 of concrete having the necessary thickness is poured. When taking

The floor thus manufactured on site has the following essential advantages:
It has all the qualities, from the point of view of thermal and acoustic insulation, and from the point of view of efficiency as a firewall, of a floor established by means of insulated prefabricated elements ^
For medium spans and, in particular, if a suitably designed reinforcement is embedded in the concrete layer 138, it makes everything unnecessary.
<EMI ID = 10.1>
For large spans ^ it can be combined with a load-bearing frame formed, for example, of double-T irons arranged in place in
<EMI ID = 11.1>
By applying the metal plate 87 or a plaster slab or other similar decorative element (which would, if necessary, be held by means of the rods 135 just like the metal plate), the floor, after stripping, has a finished lower face forming a ceiling which eliminates the need to apply a lath or tilt covered with a plaster coating to achieve the ceiling.
<EMI ID = 12.1>
higher forming ceiling ,, one can remove the metal plate 87 and lay the insulating material directly on the formwork.
<EMI ID = 13.1>
place insulating panels of various sizes by operating as follows; a non-combustible or flame-retardant veil 139 (made, for example, of glass fabric), on which a frame 140 forming a mold is placed, is spread on the ground, forming a flat, horizontal and smooth area. Inside the frame, we

plaster, for example) until the desired thickness is obtained. Said binder penetrates between the cords 141. ' forming ribs 143 'as shown
<EMI ID = 16.1>
of the panel.
The panel thus obtained can optionally be waterproofed.
The applicant has already described an embodiment of double-walled insulating panels in which an empty space, without any insulating material, is provided inside. The present invention relates to a variant of such
<EMI ID = 17.1>
double-walled insulating panel (one of the walls, or both ;, which may include perforations (see fig. 8) in accordance with any one of the various arrangements described in the main patent and in the preceding additions, or their combinations) has- a single cord-144 of- insulating material
(glass wool, for example) arranged at the periphery so as to provide a
<EMI ID = 18.1>
The panel of fig. 7 and 8 are suitable for the establishment of partitions obtained (figo 9) by the meeting and bonding of a suitable number of elements, partitions giving the most diverse desired acoustic effects

tion described in the main patent and in Les. previous additions-0 The formation, on the surface of the partition thus obtained ,. of appropriate coatings
<EMI ID = 20.1>
From the point of view of insulation, a partition formed of elements
of the type of Figs 7 and 8 has significant advantages in comparison
with the known double-walled insulating partitions trapping an air mattress thanks to the fact that, in the device which is the subject of the invention, said
mattress is subdivided into. a large number of fractions and that the movements of the air inside the partition produced, in particular by differing these in temperature, are found to be suppressed or greatly reduced.
