La présente invention vise à établir une chemise de jour avec col droit rabattu interchangeable, qui peut être utilisée de plusieurs manières différentes, avec un avantage égal.
L'invention permet de résoudre le problème consistant à établir une chemmse de jour souple, c'est-à-dire non amidonnée, ou seulement légèrement amidonnée, avec col rabattable ne néces- sitant pas non plus d'amidonnage ou autre apprêt, tout en res- tant aussi lisse et droit qu'un col raide. D'autre part, l'in- vention permet d'établir la chemise de telle façon que le col peut y être attaché parfaitement sans boutons de col particuliers et peut être aisément déboutonné et re mplacé. En outre, l'in- vention permet d'établir la chemise et le col de telle façon

que la chemise puisse être portée comme chemise sport avec un col ouvert dit à la Danton, tout en gardant une belle appa- rence.
Finalement, l'invention a réussi à résoudre le problème consistant à porter la chemise sans col, de préférence avec collet fermé, de telle façon que la chemise non seulement offre un aspect habillé, mais encore se présente tout autre- ment qu'une chemise portée avec col.
La solution d'ensemble de ces problèmes est obtenue à l'aide de moyens simples, pour la plupart toujours les mêmes, dont les effets s'appuient mutuellement, chacun de ces moyens sert à la solution de plusieurs problèmes et concourt donc à réaliser les divers objectifs.
Une des particularités de la nouvelle chemise de jour consiste en un collet d'une telle largeur, c'est-à-dire hau- teur, que le bord supérieur de ce collet est situé à peu près au niveau de l'arêté supérieure intérieure du col rabattable.
Le pied de ce col se boutonne à la face intérieure du collet de la chemise à l'aide d'un simple bouton de lingerie prévu sur la face externe du pied de col. La partie renversée du col droit rabattu se pose extérieurement et par-dessus du collet de la chemise de telle façon que ce dernier soutient le col et lui confère une rigidité sur toute sa hauteur. Le devant du collet se ferme d'une façon indépendante à l'aide d'un bouton et d'une boutonnière. Le pied du col se boutonne au col- let de la chemise à l'aide de boutons et de boutonnières si- tuées de part et d'autre du bouton de devant du collet et quel- que peu à l'arrière par rapport à ce bouton. Le bord antérieur du col forme donc une ligne approximativement droite jusqu'à la pointe avant du col, vu l'absence des pattes habituelles servant à boutonner le col sur le bouton de col de devant.
Selon un mode d'exécution préféré de l'invention, le col- let de la chemise est entièrement ou partiellement couvert de broderies ou pourvu d'une manière quelconque d'ornements de

couleur. Ces ornements recouvrent la boutonnière de derrière et les deux boutonnières de devant servant au boutonnage du pied de col. Lorsque le col est boutonné à la chemise, il dis- simule l'ornement du collet. Par ailleurs, il importe peu que le col et la chemise soient portés fermés et avec cravate ou ouverts et sans cravate. Dans les deux cas, l'ornement peut contribuer notablement au renforcement du collet et donc à la bonne tenue du col.
Par contre, lorsqu'on déboutonne le col, tout en gardant le collet fermé, ce dernier apparaît à la vue; la chemise présente désormais un tout autre aspect. cependant, l'usager n'en est pas moins parfaitement "habillé". L'ornement recouvre les trois boutonnières destinées au col.
Plusieurs variantes de la nouvelle chemise sont représen- tées dans les dessins annexés, à titre d'exemples.
Fig. 1 montre la nouvelle chemise de jour avec le col ra- battable dont une moitié est fermée et l'autre partiellement ouverte.
Fig. 2 représente la partie supérieure de la nouvelle che- mise sport avec col rabattu et à plat.

La fig. 1 représente une chemise sport avec haut collet 2 pouvant être fermé devant à l'aide d'une boutonnière et d'un bouton 3. Le collet 2 présente en outre trois boutonnières 4 dont deux sont situées à proximité du bouton 3, à droite et à gauche de celui-ci, tandis que la troisième est prévue dans la nuque à l'endroit habituel. Le pied de col s est muni de trois boutons correspondants 7, par exemple des boutons incassables.
Dans le côté gauche de la fig. 1 on voit nettement que le bord supérieur du collet 2 présente une hauteur telle qu'il se situe immédiatement sous le pli du col. par conséquent, lorsque le pied de col 6 est boutonné à l'intérieur du collet à l'aide des boutons 7 et des boutonnières 4, le rabat 5 du col bénéficie

La perspective de la fig. 3 montre la chemise 1 avec col- let 2 boutonné devant en 3. Les boutonnières pour le col, re- couvertes par le ruban de couleur 8 appliqué par piquage, sont Visibles en 4.
