Description

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

La fig 1 représente le découpage permettant de constituer le cornet ;

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

  Packaging in the form of a cone for ice cream or others.

   Ice creams in the form of lollipops require a certain amount of handling, independently of the preparation of the cream, namely: pouring the cream into previously refrigerated molds, placing the stick, placing these molds in cold rooms, release of ice creams and packaging to isolate them and for their presentation to the public.

   Furthermore, the shape of these "lollipops" is such that their storage is impractical and also requires certain precautions to avoid deterioration by contact.

   The present invention overcomes these drawbacks.

   It relates to a wrapper or cone in the shape of a "wedge" made by a suitable cutting in paraffinized paper, metallized paper or covered with a thin metallic foil such as, tin) aluminum, silver, etc. .. or even directly made from extremely thin metal foil.

   These packages are flat-delivered or packaged and the cones are made at the time of use or in advance.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

   To fill these cones, place them side by side, their opening at the top, in an appropriate holder and pour the cream, we put in place the usual sticks, we fold the corresponding lids by a cutout and folds of the upper part, and the support with its full cones is placed in a cold room until the cream is completely frozen.

   Then, if you want to wander the "lollipops" it suffices to place them one on top of the other by placing them in opposition, or head to tail, and due to the shape of each packaging, two superimposed "lollipops" constituting a pafallélipiÇe rectangle which constitutes an easy storage requiring only a minimum of space without under any circumstances the ice creams being able to come into contact with each other.

   The "lollipops" are sold in this packaging without having undergone any handling other than the initial folding of the cone and therefore offer the consumer great safety of cleanliness.

   On the attached drawing to which reference is made? An indicative but non-limiting example:
FIG. 1 represents the cutout making it possible to constitute the horn;
FIG 2 shows in perspective the cone shaped and containing the ice cream.

   According to the invention, the horn 1 having the shape of a "wedge" rst produced by a cutting in -capter parafiné, metallized basket, or covered with a very thin metal foil or even simply constituted by a very thin metallic foil, tin, tlumi- nium, silver, etc ...

   This cutting is broken down into a rectangle 2 provided at its lower part with a tab 3.

   A triangle 4 and a rectangle 5 are placed symmetrically with respect to the rectangle.

   To make the cone, the cutout is folded along the dotted lines 6-7-8-9 and 10 so that the two triangular parts 4 are parallel to each other, and that the rectangular parts 5 are placed opposite the rectangular part ?, nuis we fold the tab 3 on the parts 5.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 3>

   The dobby used being relatively rigid, the simple folding of the tab 3 is sufficient to hold the horn without any other means of attachment.

   When the made-up cone is filled with cream, the upper parts 11 of the cone are folded towards the center so that the ice cream is protected from dust or contact or contact.

   Of course, the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described and shown, which may vary in size and size without altering the character of the invention.

   This is how the cone, instead of being in the shape of a "wedge", can be etaoli completely parallelepiped. It suffices to rrodofier the shape of the cutout accordingly.

   Finally, it is obviously possible without departing from the spirit of the invention, to consolidate the horn made by any stapling system.
