Procédé de fabrication de chaussures et chaussures fabriquées par de procédé '
La présente invention a pour objet un nouveau procédé de fabrication de chaussures, ainsi que des chaussures fabriquées par ce procédé.
Dans la fabrication actuelle des chaussures, on procède d'abord au montage sur l'empeigne de la semelle intérieure dite "première", pour obtenir la partie supérieure de la chaussure appelée "tige montée", puis sur cette "tige montée" on monte la. partie inférieure de la chaussure comprenant la semelle extérieure et le talon. Ces opérations sont lentes et nécessitent l'emploi de machines compliquées et coûteuses.
Suivant la présente invention, on évite ces inconvénients en montant directement sur l'empeigne la semelle extérieure et le talon, sans l'intermédiaire d'une "première", grâce à.des moyens d'attache coopérants prévus d'une part au bord inférieur de l'empeigne, et d'autre part au bord supérieur de la semelle et du talon.

Ceci permet de fabriquer séparément l'empeigne et la semelle sous forme d'éléments achevés, munis de leurs moyens d'attache, et de réduire le montage à la simple fixation d'un élément à l'autre à l'aide des dits moyens d'attache.
De préférence, ces moyens d'attache sont tels que la fixation soit aisément amovible, pour permettre de démonter et remonter facilement la chaussure. On obtient ainsi l'avantage de pouvoir remplacer à son gré l'une ou l'autre partie de la chaussure, soit la semelle, si celle-ci est usée ou ne convient pas à l'usage que l'on désire faire de la chaussure, soit l'empei- gne si l'on veut assortir la chaussure à différentes toilettes en utilisant la même semelle avec des empeignes différentes.
On peut utiliser comme moyens d'attache, par exemple, un bourrelet bordant l'empeigne et une rainure ménagée dans la semelle pour recevoir et retenir le bourrelet, ou un système à ressort, à griffes, etc.
Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemples deux formes de réalisation de l'invention.
Sur les Figs. 1 à 5, qui se rapportent à la première forme de réalisation, l'empeigne 1 de la chaussure est bordée de chaque côté d'un bourrelet 2 et la semelle 3 présente dans sa face supérieure deux rainures correspondantes 4.
Pour monter la chaussure, on engage la partie arrière du bourrelet 2 de l'empeigne dans les entrées évasées 5 de l'avant des rainures 4 et on tire l'empeigne jusqu'au bout des rainures, la partie avant du bourrelet venant se loger dans les entrées 5 des rainures.
Comme le montrent les Figs. 3 et 4 qui sont des coupes transversales de l'empeigne 1 et de la semelle 3, respectivement suivant les lignes III-III de la fig. 1 et IV-IV de la Fig. 2, le diamètre des bourrelets 2 -est tel que ceux-ci soient retenus dans @

les rainures 4 par les bords de celles-ci, le fond des rainures étant élargi pour loger les bourrelets.
Le démontage de la chaussure est aussi simple que le montage: on pousse légèrement l'avant de l'empeigne 1 vers l'arrière de la chaussure pour dégager le bourrelet de l'entrée 5 des rainures, et on tire ensuite l'empeigne vers l'avant jusqu'à ce que le bourrelet soit entièrement sorti des rainures.
Dans la deuxième forme d'exécution représentée sur les Figs. 6 à 14, l'empeigne 1 de la chaussure s'attache à la semelle 2 au moyen d'un ressort 6 fixé au bord de l'empeigne et s'engageant dans une rainure 7 du bord de la semelle.
A l'avant de la chaussure, un éperon 8 du ressort, dirigé vers l'intérieur, pénètre dans une encoche 9 de la rainure 7, et à l'arrière, deux crochets 10 aux extrémités du ressort s'engagent dans un évidement transversal 11 de la semelle, où ils sont retenus par un crampon-clef 12 en forme d'U renversé, que l'on enfonce par une ouverture 13.
Les Figs. 7, 9, et 11 sont des coupes transversales sui- vant les lignes VII-VII, IX-IX et XI-XI des Figs. 6 et 10, res- pectivement, montrant l'empeigne avec son ressort d'attache 6, et la semelle avec la rainure périphérique 7, l'évidement transversal 11 et l'ouverture 13.
Pour démonter la chaussure, après avoir rapproché les crochets 10 par une pression latérale, on retire le crampon- clef 12 au moyen d'une pointe introduite dans l'un des coins 14 de l'ouverture 13, puis on dégage les crochets 10 d 1'évidement 11 et on pousse le ressort 6 vers l'avant de la chaussure en tirant la semelle en sens inverse; l'empeigne se détache de la semelle.
Quoique l'on ait représenté l'invention dans son appli- cation à des chaussures ouvertes à l'avant et à l'arrière, il va

de soi ou'elle estapplicable également aux chaussures fermées, la semelle étant alors pourvue d'une rainure sur tout son pourtour.
Evidemment, d'autres moyens d'attache que ceux décrits et représentés peuvent être utilisés pour assembler directement l'empeigne à la semelle de la chaussure sans l'intermédiaire d'une "première", conformément à l'invention, et on ne sortirait pas du cadre de celle-ci en y apportant des modifications.

2. - Chaussure caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une empeigne et une semelle fabriquées sous forme d'éléments séparés complètement achevés qui sont assemblés, sans l'intermédiaire d'une "première" ou semelle intérieure, par des moyens d'attache coopé- rants, prévus aux bords de l'empeigne et de la semelle, respecti- vement.

Disassembling the boot is as simple as assembling: the front of the upper 1 is pushed slightly towards the rear of the boot to release the bead of the entry 5 from the grooves, and then the upper is pulled towards front until the bead is completely out of the grooves.
In the second embodiment shown in Figs. 6 to 14, the upper 1 of the shoe is attached to the sole 2 by means of a spring 6 fixed to the edge of the upper and engaging in a groove 7 of the edge of the sole.
