For device for crimping different materials on a body of any shape.
The main object of the present invention is the crimping on a body of any shape in one or more parts, with a more or less malleable coating intended to complete the properties of the original body, to allow the assembly obtained to advantageously meet the requirements. of his job.
Its aim is to achieve economically and rationally all crimping, coating, stamping, especially on irregular bodies, with a result superior to that generally obtained by mechanical means.
This work is carried out using the device described below, which in the main order is: a chamber with elastic membranes contained in a rigid housing and matching the shape to be produced under the effect of pneumatic or hydraulic pressure, produced by any mechanical, chemical or thermal means.
The apparatus is shown in the accompanying drawing, which shows, by way of example, an application of crimping a lead foil onto a glass element.
The single figure I is a section of the device.
In this figure we see the casemaker, of shapes according to needs I, with its cover 2, held by studs 3, sliding in buttonholes 4. A handle 5 allows easy operation of the cover 2. The bottom 6 of the casing I is covered internally. of an elastic thickness 7, maintained at the bottom 6 by a clip 8. The cover 2 is also provided internally with a thickness

9, secured to the cover by the clip 10 The elastic pressure chamber II provided with its inlet connector 12 is of shapes and dimensions suitable for the intended use. Its position will be determined by the goal to be achieved given that the material to be crimped 13 will always be between the body to be coated 14 and this chamber II.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments and details of embodiment which have been described and shown by way of example and one would not depart from its scope by making modifications thereto.
