Si l'étrier doit rester fixé au col de la bouteille tout au moins immédiatement après soulèvement au levier 7 - alors l'étrier 5 représenté à la fig. 4 est mis sous la lorme figurée sous 15 et représentée par la fig. 5, et au lieu des deux dépressions 17, des canaux sont percés à travers le ais- , que 1;

Bottle with closure
The present invention relates to a bottle provided with a closure device, in which a disc is held against the edge at the neck of the bottle by a reversible lever.
The main object of the invention is to shape the bottle and the closure in such a way that the latter can be fixed to the neck of the bottle at the machine and can also be closed by the machine. In addition, rubber-sparing materials are used, and synthetic molded materials are also taken where iron and porcelain have been employed heretofore.
Therefore the essence of the invention resides in that a circular disc - usefully in molded synthetic material is provided with a circular groove intended to receive the elastic shutter and provided with a caliper at two opposite locations. , the 'first of these brackets can be hooked below a nose provided on the neck of the bottle, while .qu'à the second bracket is articulated the .closure lever, which can be hooked. below a nose provided on the opposite side of the neck of the bottle.
According to the invention, a rubber ring is chosen as the resilient shutter, which is thinner than the rings commonly used hitherto, having in fact only half the thickness, less; this rubber shutter is supported, in order to obtain the necessary elasticity, by a circular spring of the same shape.
In addition, the closing lever is formed of a blade - usefully of molded synthetic material - which avoids the inconvenience of known shaped / loop stirrups, which awkwardly arm themselves.
Finally, the edge of the neck of the bottle is ground flat, so as to spare the rubber disc as much as possible.
This new type of closure is detached from the neck of the bottle after the closure lever has been moved aside; this has the particular advantage that the bottles can be cleaned by cleaning machines more easily and better than previously because the closures hampered the cleaning of the bottles by machine and were subject to deformation.
However, measures can also be taken so that the closure remains attached to the neck of the bottle also after opening; in this case, the retaining stirrup is in the form of a fork and its free ends are folded inwardly, so that they engage elastically in corresponding housings of the neck of the bottle. In this embodiment, the closure can

pressures 17 respectively 18 u the tea to the disc. The spring nitsque 3 is pressed into the circular groove and the spring ring 4 is also wedged there, so that both parts are protected against C! 1ute and unintentional removal.
EMI2.5
The edge 8 of the neck of the bottle is m-3Ulé flat, so that the rubber ring 1 can lie flat.
On either side of the neck of the bottle, instead of the usual circular reinforcements, there are two noses 10, 11 which have pronounced steps 12, 13 at their lower part.
EMI2.6
The closure can be placed and closed either by hand or by machine; for this purpose we place the retaining bracket 5 in the step 12 of the nose 10, we place the disc 1 - guided by the caliper 5 - on the edge 8 of the neck 9 of the bottle, we turn 1! traction bracket 6 downward and the setting lever 7 is guided so that its thin rim 14 is placed in the step 13 of the nose 11; the setting lever 1 is then pressed against the neck of the bottle.
After lifting at lever 7, the closure is detached from the bottle, which can now be machine cleaned without disturbance.
If the stirrup is to remain attached to the neck of the bottle at least immediately after lifting the lever 7 - then the stirrup 5 shown in fig. 4 is placed under the lorme shown under 15 and shown in FIG. 5, and instead of the two depressions 17, channels are drilled through the aisle, that 1;
while the stirrup 5 bent into a U-shape as shown in fig. 4 was only hooked by its ends 16 curved inwards in the depressions 17 of the disc 1, the caliper 15 according to FIG. 5 completely crosses the channel of disc 1 through its core; its branches 17 - somewhat shorter - are then bent in a U and the ends 18 bent inwards; these are then introduced in

showing in depressions corresponding to the nose 10.
