<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

" Electric oven "
The object of the present invention is an electric furnace consisting in the main order of an insulated casing and of a completely removable electric heating element, of simple construction and easily manageable.
The essential characteristic of the invention lies in the oonstitution of the heating element in the form of a unitary element oomporting the heating body, a support grid for the objects to be treated in the oven and defleotrioes plates arranged to ensure circulation. hot air to distribute the heat evenly to all parts of the oven.
The grid bars, the plates and the heating body will be arranged essentially parallel and in the longitudinal axis, so as to be able to be assembled on end walls which at the same time constitute a support for these components and the assembly. inside the oven.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
An embodiment of the invention will be described below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing.
Figure 1 is a longitudinal section through the oven.
Figure 2 is a plan view of the heating body and its accessories.
Figure 3 is an end elevation on this heating element.
The oven will consist of a casing 1 with double walls, the space between these walls being advantageously filled with a heat-insulating material and the container thus formed may be closed using a cover 2 which is can be kept open slightly by the intervention of a catch 3. The heating body, removably placed inside the oven, is made up of two end plates 4 forming a support and between them. Which are fixed the grid bars 5 intended to support the object to be heated, a series of deflecting plates 6 and the heating body 7 mounted on a support plate 8 lower than the support intervention 11.
The blades 6, arranged approximately halfway between the grid 5 and the heating body 7, are metal bodies of suitable dimensions arranged at determined mutual distances which ensure perfect circulation of the air heated by the body 7 by an ef - convection.
The mutual spacing of the plates 6 will inevitably be related to their dimensions and all the other proportions of the oven, ie the complete interior volume, the size of the heating body, its intensity, etc.
The heating body, consisting as usual of an insulating support carrying the resistance, comprises the terminal terminals 9 connected by flexible wire to the contact plugs 10 fixed on one of the end plates 4 and which pass outside the terminal. oven through suitable orifices provided for example in the rear wall. The set of organs, which constitutes the element

oven heater, can therefore be removed directly and without. no disassembly, which allows easy cleaning of the oven.
The section of the oven may vary according to the needs and the particular destination and it is always sufficient to match the shape of the walls 4 to the general shape of the oven to ensure a perfectly balanced arrangement of the heating body.
CLAIMS.
1) Electric oven made up of an insulated casing and a fully removable heating body which is placed inside the oven, so as to be supported only by the frame, frame or wall of the heating body itself.
