Description

   "Chaussure".

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

   "Shoe".

   The present invention relates to a shoe mounted on a wooden sole with a lower walking sole also made of wood and with a wooden heel. The first insole is two pieces which meet at the start of the arch. The outsole is also two pieces that fit together at the origin of the arch. The upper is clamped between the elements forming the two soles.

  By the fact of this combination these soles give flexibility to the shoe, the front being able to bend on the rear part in front of the arch. The insoles and outsoles are attached to each other by means of screws. The wooden platform is also fixed by screws or other technical means.

   The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the invention given by way of example.

   The fig.l shows in.élévation the two soles separately.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

   Fig. 2 schematically shows the boot in side elevation.

     The. Outsole is formed of two elements 1 and 2 which fit together at the start of the arch, by the fact that the front edge 1 fits against a shoulder made at the rear edge of the front part 2. The elements 1 and 2 form on the upper side a smooth surface having the normal curvature for shoes. The insole is made up of planks 3 and 4 of thick marl which bear against each other by rounded edges also at the start of the arch precisely in alignment with the joint of elements 1 and 2. In the production elements 3 and 4 will be temporarily joined by a leather strip or other glued to the seal. 5 designates the heel, 6 the heel counter and reinforcement and 7 the upper.

   The edges of the upper will be clamped between elements 1-2 and 3-4, assembly being done by means of screws.

   However, the invention also provides for the use of an assembly hinge either for the insole or for the outsole, the constituent elements of the soles then being suitably shaped.

   Shoes of this kind can be made in all models and with all different materials to form the comb.

   The invention applies to shoes for men, steaks, finettes, boys and children.

   Claims.

   1. Shoe, Characterized by the fact that it is mounted on a wooden sole with a wooden walking sole also with a wooden heel, the upper being clamped by these edges between the two assembled soles.

Claims (1)

2. Shoe according to claim 1, characterized by <Desc / Clms Page number 3> the fact that the lower insole and the outsole are each of two pieces forming a hinge, which meet at the origin of the arch so as to allow angular movement of the front of the shoe with respect to the rear part. 3. 3. Shoe, according to claims & and 2, characterized in that the two parts forming the outer walking sole fit together so as to allow relative movement of the elements around the joint which does not include a hinge. . 4. 4. Shoe according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a hinge assures the assembly of the constituent elements of one of the soles, these elements then being suitably shaped to allow the folding movement of one on the other. 5. 5. Footwear for all purposes and in all materials, in substance as described and shown in the drawing.
