électriques à incandescence ";
<EMI ID=1.1>

<EMI ID=3.1>
<EMI ID=4.1>

Il Beaded lighting body, especially for lamps
electric incandescent ";
<EMI ID = 1.1>
beaded or helical illuminating body, in particular for
incandescent electric lamps, made of a metal with
high melting point, such as tungsten, is
that the illuminating body has a temperature stable shape
lamp operation, that is to say above all that it does not
hardly flex or sag. Until now,
we tried to take account of this requirement in the main,
by using crystal illuminating bodies particularly
long, because it is assumed that the extent to which there is exemption
sagging increases with the length of the crystals. It has also been proposed, it is true, to use structural wires
polyoristalline, and run, before mounting the body
illuminating on the support, a reoristallization, by which
<EMI ID = 2.1>
average crystals between 0.05 and 1 mm were produced. law also} the basic opinion is that the measure
or. there is exemption from sagging increases with the length of the crystals. Now, surprisingly, it has been observed, according to the invention, that with tungsten wires having a small crystal structure, namely a predominance of crystals of a size less than 0.05 mm ,, for example equal to about 0.005 mm, a practical sag exemption is also obtained. For example, it was found that for a large
<EMI ID = 3.1>
crystals about 0.005 mm in size, sagging or sagging was 2.1 to 1.6%.
Consequently, the object of the invention is a lighting body, in particular for electric incandescent lamps, in the form of a helix and made of tungsten wire with a structure in which small crystals predominate (crystal size less than 0.05 mm , for example equal to about 0.005 mm) and sag of less than 5%. The percentage indicated for sag represents the percent ratio between the difference in the height of the arrow of the bow of bending before the cooking and after the cooking time taken as the basis for the measurement, and the cord which delimits this bow.
A lighting body thus formed can be manufactured
as follows: Stretched tungsten wire exhibiting the tendency to form long crystals when heated in the usual manner is first helically wound; this propeller is then fixed on the metal wire frame and is subjected on this frame to intermittent heating for a very short time (shorter than about a tenth of a second) at a temperature close to the melting point of tungsten, oe which has the effect of giving the illuminating body the crystalline structure characterized above,
<EMI ID = 4.1>
The lighting body according to the invention has a relatively high resistance to vibrations, while being practically free from sagging and is free from offsetting. The ends of the illuminating body which are connected to the current conductors retain a predominantly fibrous structure, since during the heating for recrystallization on the wire frame they remain relatively cool as a result of the abduction.
heat from the power supply wires.
