Serrure de casaette.
La présente invention se rapporte à des serrures de cassettes, possédant un mentonnet fixé rigidement au couvercle et munies de deux verrous, agissant comme loqueteaux et reliés entre eux par un système de bascule. L'invention avant tout a pour but d'augmenter la sécurité. d'une telle serrure de cassette, de simplifier sa fabrication et enfin de réduire sa hauteur constructive ;

Casaette lock.
The present invention relates to cassette locks, having a chin fixed rigidly to the cover and provided with two latches, acting as latches and interconnected by a toggle system. The object of the invention is above all to increase safety. of such a cassette lock, to simplify its manufacture and finally to reduce its constructive height;
furthermore, the execution according to the invention allows a smoother closing and the friction between the various moving parts of the lock is reduced. according to the invention, this object is achieved above all because the bolt stops, with recesses closed on all sides for the introduction of a double bit key, are arranged on a bolt serving as a guide for the locks, the slightly curved springs of the said stops, of the bolt resting on the rim of the lock. Following the execution of the bolt stops and the cover

tightened key, it is possible to use either a symmetrical or asymmetrical double bit key.
By the arrangement of the springs in slight curvature against the rim of the lock, the closing, already soft in itself due to the use of a double bit key, is further significantly improved.
Further, according to the invention, the soft closing is further improved by the fact that the reversing lever, with its widened disc-shaped ends, fits into recesses, rounded in accordance with the shanks of locks, therefore there is always has large circular areas, in intimate contact, which are engaged, so that any jamming, detrimental to the soft closing of the lock, is removed.
In addition, the execution according to the invention results in an improvement from the constructive point of view with respect to known locks, owing to the fact that the return of the latches is limited by a stop, consisting of a guide pin and the end a guide slot. As a result of this stop, it is no longer possible to continue the closing movement, the latch being thus compulsorily retained until the cover is opened.
Finally, according to the invention, one of the lock shanks is guided under an angle fixed inside the rim of the lock, said angle iron being provided with a guide slot, into which penetrates a bolt fixed to the lock. lock. In this way, the provision of a special slot in the palastre of the lock, serving as a guide for a mandrel crossing outwards, has become superfluous. this mandrel threatened to damage the contents or the lining of the cassette, it could even cause the lock to jam. Moreover, the embodiment according to the invention also makes it possible to save on bolts.
While in the constructions known until now, it was still necessary to provide 14 bolts, the embodiment according to the invention requires only 11.

The back of the lock 1 is curved. so as to constitute the rim 2 This is provided with two openings 3 and 4, through which enter the chin bars fixed rigidly to the cover
The locks 5 and 6 are mounted on the bottom of the lock. These locks are interconnected by a toggle system consisting of the reversing lever 7.
The two ends 8 and 9 of this reversing lever are widened in the form of discs, engaging in correspondingly shaped recesses of. locks 5 and 6. These locks provided with noses 10 and 11 are both found under the action of the spring 12, wound around the mandrel 13.
The latch 5 is guided by the mandrels 14, 15 and 16. The mandrel 14 at the same time serves as a fulcrum at one end of the spring, 12; the mandrel 15 serves as a support for the package 17 of the bolt stops. on these bolt stops, a central recess 18 is provided, closed on all sides and traversed by the key chuck 19. each of the bolt stops, using the respective springs, rests on the rim 2 The stop pin 21 placed on the lock 5 is stopped by the noses. 22, of variable length in accordance with the different lengths of the segments of the bit.
The other lock 6 is guided under an angle 23, with a raised wing 24 fixed to the rim, the other wing 25 of said angle iron being provided with a slot crossed by the fixed bolt @ 7. on the said lock. At the extreme latching position of the noses 10 and 11, said bolt abuts against the end of the slot 26.
