La présente invention oonoerne une parare noavelle pour les mains et les pieds, et particalièrement pour l'ap- plication aux ongles soit de tous les doigts, soit d'une partie sealement.
Le but de l'invention est de recouvrir partiellement ou complètement la surface apparente des ongles avec des métaux et pierreries ayant un effet décoratif et pouvant avoir toutes formes appropriées à cet usage.
L'invention est, par conséquent, caractérisée en le

fait que l'on applique sur les ongles, par un moyen queloon- que, une plaque ajourée ou non, en un métal précieux ou autres métaux et comportant éventuellement des déoorations, par ex- emple des pierreries véritables ou imitation .
Selon l'invention, la fixation de telles plaquettes sur les ongles peut se faire préférablement par collage, toatefois cette fixation peat se faire par d'autres moyens, par exemple, au moyen d'une petite vis pénétrant à travers la plaqaette et l'ongle, on peat atiliser toute matière adhésive, capable de réaliser une adhésion parfaite entre les ongles et les pla- quettes. Il est enfin possible de fixer de telles parares par serrage en prévoyant un repli qui s'engage autour da rebord de l'ongle. Dans le cas d'un collage, la matière atilisée doit préférablement se dissoudre dans un liqaide quelconque afin de poavoir enlever les plaquettes lorsqae la croissance des ongles exige cette opération.
Un exemple d'application de l'invention qui n'exclut nullement d'autres formes de réalisation est déorite ci-après et représenté aux figures du dessin annexé.
Figure 1 est une vue en plan de l'extrémité d'un doigt comportant une parure du genre cité.
La figure 2 est une coupe longitudinale d'un doigt mon- trant la fixation par serrage.
Référant à ces dessins, on voit immédiatement que l'ob- jet de l'invention consiste en une plaquette 1, exéoutée en platine par exemple et comportant des diamants tels que 2, disposés suivant an dessin quelconque. Dans la coupe on peat voir qae le rebord supérieur de la plaqaette a été replié de manière à se glisser sur le rebord de l'ongle.
Les parures du genre cité ne doivent pas nécessairement recouvrir toute la surface des ongles, mais peut être limitée à ane partie quelconque de ceux-ci. Il est évident que l'on

peat combiner toate autre décoration qae celle proposée, et en particulier on peut atiliser différents métaux précieux combinés aveo d'autres matières dont l'effet décoratif est suffisamment oonna. L'on peat également remplaoer la plaquet- te métallique par une plaque, treillis oa analogue en un pro- duit tel résine artificielle ( Bakeline ), cellophane ou toute autre matière.

The aim of the invention is to partially or completely cover the visible surface of the nails with metals and precious stones having a decorative effect and which may have any shape suitable for this use.

According to the invention, the fixing of such plates on the nails can be done preferably by gluing, all the time this fixing peat be done by other means, for example, by means of a small screw penetrating through the plate and the nail, any adhesive material capable of achieving perfect adhesion between the nails and the plates can be used. Finally, it is possible to fix such parares by tightening by providing a fold which engages around the edge of the nail. In the case of bonding, the used material should preferably dissolve in some liquid in order to be able to remove the platelets when nail growth requires this operation.
An example of application of the invention which in no way excludes other embodiments is defined below and shown in the figures of the appended drawing.

Referring to these drawings, it can be seen immediately that the object of the invention consists of a plate 1, executed in platinum for example and comprising diamonds such as 2, arranged according to any drawing. In the cut we can see that the upper edge of the plate has been folded so as to slip over the edge of the nail.
Ornaments of the kind cited need not necessarily cover the entire surface of the nails, but may be limited to any part thereof. It is obvious that we

The metal plate can also be replaced by a plate, mesh or similar made of a product such as artificial resin (Bakeline), cellophane or any other material.
