La présente invention se rapporte à un flacon avec un couvercle ou obturateur basculant recouvrant l'orifice d'un récipient en verre et maintenu dans sa position de fermeture par un fermoir déplaçable par l'usager.
Les flacons connus de cette espèce, présentent plusieurs inconvénients qui empêchent de les employer, notamment, pour parfums et autres liquides d'un prix relativement élevé.
Ainsi, par exemple, si les fermoirs de ces flacons sont réalisés de manière à empêcher une ouverture in- tempestive du flacon, la manoeuvre du couvercle ne peut se faire qu'à l'aide des deux mains. Si, par contre, le flacon peut être fermé ou ouvert d'une seule main, son fermoir est réalisé d'une manière telle qu'une pression accidentelle sur le côté du flacon provoque l'ouverture de ce dernier.
En outre, les obturateurs des flacons connus étant d'habitude en métal, comportent des parties sou- dées ou des rivets, qui tout en élevant le prix de @

revient, diminuent la solidité de l'ensemble.
La présente invention a pour but d'obvier aux incon- vénients des flacons connus de manière à permettre leur emploi notamment cornue flacons pour parfums et analogues et à rendre possible leur ouverture et fermeture à l'aide d'une seule main.
Dans ce but, selon la présente invention, l'obtura- teur ou couvercle du flacon est constamment sollicité par un ressort à découvrir l'orifice du flacon et en est empêché par une extrémité d'une gâchette pivotée de ma- nière à ce que son extrémité opposée en saillie sur le côté du flacon doive être écartéë de ce dernier contre l'action d'un ressort, pour permettre la libération de l'obturateur.
Dans une forme de réalisation particulièrement avantageuse de l'invention dans laquelle le récipient proprement dit destiné à contenir le liquide est en verre, l'obturateur ou couvercle et la gâchette sont pivotés autour des axes supportés par un capuchon métal- lique embouti, fixé à demeure sur la partie supérieure du flacon et pourvu d'une ouverture centrale laissant pas- ser le goulot de ce dernier.
Afin d'obvier au risque d'ouverture intempestive du flacon, selon l'invention, la gâchette susdite est pla- cée à l'intérieur du dit capuchon de manière que seules ses extrémités se trouvent hors du dit capuchon, son extrémité saillant sur le côté du flacon étant avantageusement placée au voisinage immédiat d'une proé- minence du dit capuchon empêchant cette extrémité de la gâchette d'accrocher les objets voisins.
Afin de faciliter le remplissage du flacon et d'empêcher, d'autre part, que le liquide puisse s'écouler en jet, selon l'invention, le goulot du récipient en verre porte une coiffe métallique amovible percée

d'un petit trou axial par lequel le parfum peut s'égoutter.
Dans une forme de réalisation particulièrement avan- tageuse de l'invention, la dite coiffe est vissée sur le goulot pourvu à cet effet d'un filet extérieur.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention ressortiront de la description du dessin ci- annexé qui représente à titre d'exemple une forme de réalisation de l'invention appliquée à un flacon de poche pour parfums.

Le flacon du type représenté au dessin comporte un récipient ou corps en verre 1 de forme et de section transversale désirées et dont le goulot 2 est obturé par un couvercle basculant 3 embouti d'une pièce, et maintenu dans sa position de fermeture par un fermoir pouvant être déplacé par l'usager.
Selon la présente invention, le dit couvercle est pivoté autour d'un axe 4 tourillonné dans un capuchon ou coiffe métallique 5 fixé à demeure sur le corps en verre 1 et pourvu d'une ouverture centrale 6 à travers laquelle passe le goulot en verre 2 du récipient 1.
Afin de faciliter l'ouverture du flacon, selon l'in- vention, le couvercle 3 est actionné par un ressort 7, de manière à être constamment sollicité à découvrir l'orifice du flacon 1, et est maintenu dans sa position de fermeture par le bec 8 d'une gâchette 9 pivotée à l'intérieur du capuchon 5 sur un axe 10 placé du côté opposé du capuchon 5, et actionnée par un ressort 11 @

de manière telle que le bec 8 soit constamment sollicité à accrocher un rebord 12 du couvercle 3.
Afin de permettre l'ouverture du flacon, l'extrémité opposée 13 de la gâchette 3 se projette en dehors du capuchon 5 de manière à pouvoir être déplacée par l'usager.
Grâce à l'action du ressort 11 cette extrémité 13 est constamment sollicitée à rentrer dans le capuchon 5 et doit, par conséquent, être retirée de ce dernier de sorte que le flacon selon l'invention ne risque pas de s'ouvrir fortuitement, comme les flacons connus lorsqu'une pression est exercée accidentellement sur l'organe de commande du fermoir.
Dans le même but d'augmenter la sécurité en diminuant le risque d'accrochage de la gâchette 9, son extrémité saillante 13 est disposée au voisinage immédiat d'un bourrelet 18 du capuchon 5 servant de logement à l'axe 10.
Dans la forme de réalisation de l'invention représen- tée au dessin, le capuchon 5 de même que le couvercle basculant 3, sont chacun d'une pièce emboutie en métal approprié, ce qui dispense de la nécessité de recourir à la soudure ou à l'emploi de rivets.
On remarquera également que pour la simplification de la construction, les ressorts 7 et 11 sont des res- sorts à boudin enroulés autour des axes de pivotement des pièces sur lesquelles ils agissent, et que le ressort 11 remplit avantageusement une double fonction, en assurant, d'une part, le maintien du couvercle 3 dans sa position de fermeture et, d'autre part, le retour de la gâchette 9 vers sa position normale après qu'elle avait été lâchée par l'usager.
Afin d'empêcher l'écoulement du parfum en jet compact, sans rendre de ce fait le remplissage du flacon difficile, selon l'invention, le goulot en verre 2 est

fileté et porte une coiffe amovible 14 de préférence en métal ou en masse plastique, percée d'un petit trou 15 par lequel le parfum peut s'égoutter. Grâce à sa fixa- tion par filet, cette coiffe peut être facilement enlevée en cas de nécessité pour permettre le remplissage du fla- con. Enfin, pour assurer une obturation étanche de l'ori- fice d'écoulement du liquide une garniture en liège 16 est fixée dans le couvercle 3. De même une rondelle 17 en liège est sertie dans le fond de la coiffe 14.
Ainsi qu'il résulte de ce qui précède, il suffit, pour ouvrir le flacon,de pousser l'extrémité 13 de la gâchette 9 dans le sens de la flèche de la figure 1, pour que le bec 8 de cette dernière libère le couvercle 3, qui sous l'action de son ressort 7 bascule par exemple de 180 pour venir occuper la position représentée à la figure 3.
Inversement, pour fermer le flacon, il suffit de rame- ner le couvercle 3 contre l'action antagoniste du ressort 7, de sa position de la figure 3 dans celle représentée à la figure 1.
Le flacon selon l'invention présente de nombreux avan- tages, dont le principal réside en ce qu'il se laisse facilement ouvrir et fermer d'une seule main. Un dépla- cement accidentel du fermoir du couvercle est quasi impossible. Dans sa position d'ouverture le couvercle 3 est maintenu par le ressort 7 latéralement au goulot 2 du corps en verre. Toutes les pièces du mécanisme sont logées dans le capuchon 5, ce qui permet de donner au flacon un aspect plus artistique. L'amovibilité de la coiffe 14 rend le remplissage du flacon aisé.
