Coffret quadrangulatire pour cigares, fruits et analogues.
L'invention se rapporte à un coffret quadrangulaire en 'bois poux cigares, fruits et analogues.
Elle a pour but de procurer un coffret de bois collé, de forme quadrangulaire, léger et solide avec couvercle coiffant entièrement enlevable, qui soit de fabrication simple et économique et d'emballage individuel ou collectif facile, grâce à un encombrement d'équerre.
Elle consiste en ce que les côtés du coffret, collés entr'eux, sont entourés à leur partie inférieure de baguettes collées entr'elles et formant au contact des côtés un cadre avec lequel ces côtés sont collés au fond et qui a en plan la même dimension qu'un cadre collé au fond du couvercle et en formant le rebord.
Les baguettes formant le cadre entourant les côtés du coffret peuvent être collées à ses côtés.

En se référant aux Figs, 1 à 3, le coffret comprend des baguettes 12 formant un cadre collé qui est appliqué sur les côtés 13 ou collé à ceux-ci. Les baguettes 12 et les côtés 13 ont leurs faces inférieures au même niveau et sont collées par ces faces sur la face supérieure du fond 14 qui a en plan la même dimension que le cadre formé par les baguettes 12. Le couvercle est formé d'un fond 15 qui a la même dimension que le fond 14 du coffret et sur une face duquel sont collées des baguettes 16 collées entr'elles et formant un cadre de rebord ayant en plan les mêmes dimensions que le dadre formé par les baguettes 12. Les côtés 13 et les-baguettes 12 et 16 sont assemblés à demi-bois en 17 (Fig.3). Les bords des baguettes 12 et 16 sont arrondis en 18.

Dans la Fig. 4, le fond 14 a en plan les dimensions du cadre formé par les côtés 13 et ce fond et ces cotés sont entourés par le cadre formé des baguettes 12.
La hauteur des côtés du coffret est variable, comme la hauteur du cadre les entrourant et celle du rebord du couvercle qui peut, notamment, recouvrir complètement les parties des côtés sortant du cadre les entourant. Le rebord du couvercle, fait à la même hauteur ou sensiblement à la même auteur que le cadre entourant les côtés, donne au coffret un cachet particulier, surtout dans le cas où la hauteur libre des côtés du coffret est approximativement égale à la, hauteur du codre ou monindre que cette hauteur.

Quadrangular case for cigars, fruits and the like.
The invention relates to a quadrangular box made of wood for cigars, fruits and the like.
Its purpose is to provide a glued wooden box, quadrangular in shape, light and solid with fully removable cover, which is simple and economical to manufacture and easy to pack individually or collectively, thanks to a square footprint.
It consists in that the sides of the box, glued together, are surrounded at their lower part by sticks glued together and forming in contact with the sides a frame with which these sides are glued to the bottom and which has in plan the same dimension than a frame glued to the bottom of the cover and forming the rim.
The rods forming the frame surrounding the sides of the box can be glued to its sides.

lower, can be flush with the lower edges of these sides and be glued with them on the upper foce of the bottom made at the outer edge of this frame,
The frame forming the rim of the cover is preferably glued to a face of the bottom thereof which is made to the same dimension as the bottom of the box,
The assemblies of the sides and the frames can be made in half timber.
The accompanying drawing represents two embodiments of the invention.

Referring to Figs, 1 to 3, the box comprises rods 12 forming a glued frame which is applied to the sides 13 or glued to them. The rods 12 and the sides 13 have their lower faces at the same level and are glued by these faces to the upper face of the bottom 14 which has in plan the same dimension as the frame formed by the rods 12. The cover is formed of a bottom 15 which has the same dimension as the bottom 14 of the box and on one side of which are glued rods 16 glued together and forming a rim frame having in plan the same dimensions as the frame formed by the rods 12. The sides 13 and the rods 12 and 16 are assembled in half timber at 17 (Fig. 3). The edges of rods 12 and 16 are rounded at 18.

In Fig. 4, the bottom 14 has in plan the dimensions of the frame formed by the sides 13 and this bottom and these sides are surrounded by the frame formed by the rods 12.
The height of the sides of the box is variable, such as the height of the surrounding frame and that of the edge of the cover which can, in particular, completely cover the parts of the sides coming out of the surrounding frame. The rim of the lid, made at the same height or roughly the same author as the frame surrounding the sides, gives the box a particular cachet, especially in the case where the free height of the sides of the box is approximately equal to the height of the code or monindre that this height.
