La présente invention concerne les sommiers à ressorts du genre dans lesquels les cordes et sangles sont remplacées par des ressorts à boudins.
Ainsi que cela est bien connu , dans les sont-* miers de ce genre , les attaches des ressorts remplagant les cordes et sangles sont constituées par des.' bouts re- pliés de telle sorte que , pour le montage , chaque res- ,sort doit préalablement être ouvert aux deux bouts pour

être ensuite refermé et écrasé après montage du sommier,, si l'on veut éviter/que celui-ci ne cède sous l'action/du poids.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à cet inconvénient et de procurer un mode d'attache et de montage de ces ressorts assurant un placement particuliè- rement rapide et certain , sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'agir sur les ressorts eux-mêmes*
En vue de la réalisation de ce but ,l'invention consiste essentiellement à réaliser la fixation des res- sorts entre eux, aux ressorts principaux du sommier et au cadre de celui-ci au moyen d'attaches embouties per cées de trous dans lesquels s'engagent les extrémités des spires des ressorts à boudins, les dites attaches étant pourvues , en outre , d'un rebord prenant entre les spi res des ressorts.
Dans la 'réalisation pratique de 1 'invention ces attaches peuvent affecter la forme d'anneaux ,de cro- chets ou de simples plaques selon qu'elles doivent servir à la formation de croisillons de ressorts à la fixation aux ressorts principaux ou au cadre du sommier.
Le dessin ci-joint montre à titre d'exemple , des réalisationa de 1 1 invention.

Comme le montrent les figures 2 & 3 , les res- sorts .5. formant croisillons suivant les diagonales des rectangles formés par les ressort* µ et ¯+ sont assemblés entre eux par une attache en forme d'anneau embouti $ pre sentant une face supérieure 1 percée de trous 10 à des dis- tances'convenables suivant le diamètre des ressorts .5.
Cet anneau comporte un rebord 11 par lequel il peut être engagé entre les spires des ressorts qui pénètrent alors chacun dans-deux des trous 10 D'autre part , les extré- mités libres des ressorts.5. sont pourvues d'attaches métal- liques embouties du genre montré par les figures 4 à 7 les attaches 12 servant à. 1-l'assemblage des extrémités des res sorts àd boudins 4,5,6 et 7 avec les ressort*2 du sommier

-neau 8 Ces attaches embouties 12 sont percées en outre de deux trous 15 destinés à livrer passage aux spires des ressorts.
Pour la fixation des ressorts 6 et 2 au cadre 1 du sommier , il est fait usage , comme le montrent les figures 6 et ? d'attaches 16 également embouties ,pré- sentant un rebord'12 et deux trous 18 analogues aux trous 10 et 15 de l'anneau 8 et de l'attache 12 Ces attachée 16 toutefois,au lieu de se terminer par un crochet ,pré- sentent une surface plane percée de deux trous 12 permet- tant le clouage sur le bord du cadre du sommier.
Pour le montage ,il suffit pour réaliser l'as- semblage des ressorts formant croisillons ,d'introduire le rebord 11 de l'anneau emboutie entre les spires extré mes des ressorts et de faire passer les spires dans deux des-troue 10 ménagés dans l'anneau , ainsi que le mon- tre plus spécialement la figure 3 pour un des ressorts, µ.
On procède de même en ce qui concerne la fixstion aux extrémités des ressorts; 3-4 et 6-7 des attaches 12 et 16 c'est à dire que l'on engage ehtre les spires extrè- mes des ressorts le rebord 14 ou 17 et que Iton fait pas- ser , par rotation , le fil du ressort dans les trous 15 ou 18 ménagés dans l'attahhe .
Il suffit alors ,pour obtenir l'assemblage du tout , d'attacher , à l'aide des crochets 13 les extrémités des ressorts; 3.4 et aux ressorts prin- cipaux du sommier, tandis que les ressorts et 7 qui sont pourvus , une extrémité, d'une attache à crochet du genre montré par les figures 54 et 5 et àd l'autre extrémi- té d'une attache plâne du genre montré par lesfigures6 et sont . d'une part , accrochés aux ressorts principaux 2 et, d'autre part; , fixés sur le reborda du cadre .du som.
