La présente invention vise une brosse combinée, surtout pour le frottement et le lavage des pavements d'habitations, et consistant en une brosse en forme de couronne montée sar an plateau fixé à un manche, sur lequel peut tourner une seconde brosse dont les touffes de crin sont montées sur an dispos pour- vu de palettes oa analogues dans son pourtour en vae de pouvoir produire une rotation rapide de cette brosse centrale au moyen d'un jet de liquide apporté le long du manche et débouchant près des palettes, sous une direction appropriée, sous forme de jet émis par un gioleur.
L'invention a également trait à une soupape montée sur le manche, sur la pièce servant de support aux deux brosses, on sur le raccord entre ces aeux pièces mentionnées en vue de poavoir arrêter le débit d'eau oa le régler suivant les besoins, sans avoir recours au robinet de la conduite.
Enfin, l'invention vise certainsdétails de construction très importants au point de vue facilité de démontage et pos- sibilité de nettoyage.

Ensuite, en atilisant le manche, on déplace la brosse sur le sol ayant ouvert au préalable le robinet de la conduite qui, traversant le manche, arrive par le raccord 6 dans le oanal 14. Pour éviter de devoir recourir au robinet prin- oipal chaque fois que l'on désire Interrompre le lavage, ou même pour régler la quantité d'eau utilisée pour ce la- vage, l'usager peut aisément se servir de la soupape 12 oontrôlée par l'arbre 7 au moye de la manette 13.
