   Le panneau a portant l'inscription ou le dessin de publicité est constitué par un tissu qui s'en- roule par son bord c-d autour d'un axe dissimulé à l'intérieur de la canne et muni d'un ressort de rappel ; à son bord opposée le panneau est fixé sur une'baguette b qui fait seule saillie à l'extérieur de la canne-( comme le montre la figure 1)-, lors- que la canne n'est pas utilisée à la publicité.
